Therese just helped me out with a flat battery, she picked me up, gave me a jump start, checked the life of my battery (dead) & put a new one in. She went above & beyond & it is much appreciated 👏

What a wonderful experience I had when as a Traveller I called into SWR Tyre Power with a problem with my vehicle and in spite of them being very busy they worked me in to there busy day, They gave me great advice which I followed up on ,I left with nothing but praise for this fine establishment and only wish they could be my own local go to guys/Gals.

Friendly and excellent service, we were stranded travelling through with tyre punctures. Turned up Monday morning and all sorted within the hour and back on the road. Thank you Tyrepower South West Rocks, very reassuring that such high level of customer service exists in this day and age, all such a friendly experience

Great customer service - we had battery issues on the cruiser, the team had stock and promptly fitted the new units immediately- couldn’t have asked for anything more

Had a screw in my tyre and needed a patch. They fit it in right away and got us back on the road. Great customer service.

Excellent experience dealing with this business. They were run off their feet but were kind courteous and accommodating. I was on holidays and they helped me get out of trouble. Would highly recommend.

Team were crazy busy, but did a great job with a fit, balance and alignment of 5x LT tyres for me. Local business which clearly cares for the community, exactly what you want to see!!

Had the alternator go on the way out of town towing our caravan, with other mechanic not able to fit us in these guys were only to keen to assist. Therese had the part out straight away and had us back on the road that afternoon even offering to ferry us to the beach while we waited. Price was exceptional along with the service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, service like this is hard to find. Thanks guys.
