Waterfalls Cafe and Gallery

I ordered a Burrito Bowl which was 10/10! My husband had the brekky which he loved. Perfect fuel prior to our hiking trip for the day. Staff were friendly and prompt. Very spacious cafe. Enjoyed looking in the gift store afterwards.

What a great place to visit after the walks around Mount Field. We ordered the burger and the burrito bowl, and both were delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service prompt. Great way to end our morning.

This beautiful little kiosk took us by surprise as we stopped in after a day trip for lunch and a coffee. Service was amazing and the food was so good with options for dietary requirements. Attached to a lovely gift shop and information centre for all the walks in the area, it was the perfect little stopover.

Best scones Ive had in my life! All day breakfast was amazing too with the bread and sourdough being super crispy. Will travel back just for the scones alone.

Great Cafe with a huge variety of meals. We sat outside to enjoy the ambience & our meal was very tasty, we had the special, corn loaf with guacamole, feta & tomatoes, would recommend.

Had a quick lunch before heading out to the falls. You can sit down and enjoy the view a bit.

Great coffee and all within walking distance from the camp grounds. Food is good quality and reasonable prices including lunches and cakes and slices. Lots of clean tables and chairs for sitting within the cafe to enjoy the coffee and wraps.

Had our last morning coffee today at the cafe before departing the campground. Excellent place. Well recommend.

Supporting a fantastic small business that is hard working and welcoming. Lovely owners who are super friendly and have come through some tough times. Amazing scones and great range of baked goods. Easy 5 stars. Keep up the amazing work.

Really yummy food- in particular the homemade tomato soup! Perfect for after a long walk.

They have, what my partner and I consider to be possibly THE BEST chips we have ever had. Lots of people complaining about the price but we thought we got good value for what we paid for, considering the location. Portions are generous and delicious. Coffee is fantastic too.

Wonderful coffee made perfectly and the BEST BLT. Front of house staff were very pleasant, and the cook Angela brought my lunch out, this would be the best BLT by far. Side of chips were super crunchy and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend eating here in this child friendly establishment.

Always amazing service and still the best coffee in Tasmania. Every time we travel to Tasmania, heading to Waterfalls Cafe is high on our list, especially to get a decent cup of coffee. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere cosy. I recommend for everyone to stop here for a break before or after you check out Russell Falls and the surrounds. Keep up the fantastic work!

Amazing staff!! Always accommodating. They always have a smile and happy to hear about your experience at the falls whilst you're ordering!! They work there because they love it! It's not a job for them but a vocation.

A wonderful spot with great food. I was going to just stop for a coffee (thank you for serving your coffee in proper coffee cups btw), but upon inspecting the menu I couldn’t help but order lunch. I had the wallaby burger - just delicious, and a serve of scones. Outstanding scones, texture was perfect. Amazing raspberry jam and delicious local cream. Service was exquisite, very polite and efficient. The visitor centre is equally nice and inviting. So much better than Cradle Mountain or Port Arthur. I wish you many years of success. Thank you.

Ordered flat white and hot chips.
Hot chips were 5/5 stars, super crispy beer battered with chicken salt. No need for sauce they went alright! Coffee was great too.

Big surprise for a random visitor centre cafe (order hot chips!)

We had a pleasant experience …nice staff and food was pretty good. Price as compared to other places is also reasonable. A good stop to grab a bite before your hike.

A nice mix of gifts including practical guides for the area and fun souvenirs. The cafe staff are friendly and accommodating. The Wallaby burger had a good flavour albeit it was a little dense. Prices were very reasonable given the location too.

Went here last month, was a beautiful spot to have a feed after the walks. Service was amazing, so was the food. thank u
