My personal experience with Dr. Manoj Singh was exceptional and he was best one who assist me in such a great way. He is the best doctor with humbleness. Rest other staff I am not sure yet I would recommend the management to change the receptionist as it would be great and help the clinic to create a great culture with their customer.

One of the best clinic in Merrylands I have been seeing Dr Khanal for many years he’s been always professional kind understanding and helpful with all my health concerns. The reception team in the front are very friendly and caring too I can’t recommend Railway Terrace Medical practice enough.

Dr. Surendra Khanal is the best doctor i have ever met In Australia. He is so polite and so co operative. The way he treats to his patient is really amazing. I recommend all my friends to choose Dr.khanal for the medical check up.

Making an outline, The clinic has been very consistent and supportive in getting me through my post recovery from an open heart surgery. The staff with their detail to work whether it be the receptionists with getting appointments handy to the nurses for pathology tests. They always greet with great smile and excellent service. With the Doctor, I’m under Dr Surendra Khanal’s care, he has been great with medical advices with his knowledge in the field and believes in person centred care and also does provide emotional support which was needed in my recovery. Gives ample of amount of time in duration of consults.
I would highly recommend this facility.

I was super well attended and very quickly by the secretaries who were very friendly by the way! I returned and the doctor was super sympathetic and efficient! super recommend! and the place is super clean! I didn't even have to leave the clinic to perform exams!

I am mostly with Dr Prabin Pathak, he is very good Dr and a good listener and carer for me. I really love and respect the receptionist Brittany. She is so helpful, polite and kind at the same time. I am so much in comfortable to ask for help when she is working.

Visited the medical practice today for my daughter and a great experience. The lady who attended my daughter, Camila was so patient and manage to get the thing stuck in my daughter’s ear out. Dr. Khanal was also very caring for his patients as well as the other staffs were super nice. Thank you for your hard work today!!

We went to visit the clinic for the first time, GP recommended by our insurance provider and it was a great experience with them, all expenses including our pathology services expenses were all covered by our Medibank health insurance provider. We really appreciate “Kathee Vencilao” a Filipino nurse who has accommodated us the same day for our blood works🙏🙏🙏

Prabin pathak, the best doctor i have ever visited. Best thing about him is he knows what he is doing. He cares his patient so nicely and he is so polite and experienced. He helps me to figure out my problem and find the best treatment plan which i was struggling from 2 years.

Best medical clinic with cooperative staff (specially Nepalese girl receptionist who always tries to help patients no matter how much she is busy), and best doctors in Merrylands or Parramatta. We’ve been seeing by GPs at this place for last 6 years.

I would highly recommend this medical practice for any kind of medical concerns as this place helps in every possible way. We have been seeing Dr. Pathak and he is one of the best, also receptionists along with the whole team has taken this place to next level.

This is an amazing place! My kids had vaccination today, all the doctors and nurses were super nice and professional! I cannot believe that all the kids are enjoying the injection!
