Officeworks Frankston

Went in to get some printing done back in January. I was helped by a young staff member named Steph in the copy & print department, and she was incredibly helpful!

I needed to organise a sign for a Hens day, and I wasn’t sure what size/resolution to print to ensure quality wouldn’t be lost.

Steph was amazing, and even with all my questions and a distracted mind, she was able to guide me to what ended up being the best advice.

The print looked amazing, and the now bride was so happy with the sign.

My only regret is not asking for the print to not be rolled up on Collection. However, I was able to easily straighten out the print and use double sided tape to stick the poster onto the canvas I bought for the print…(again, this was Steph’s idea) - amazing customer service!

Such a one stop shop. With such big aisles and fully stocked shelves it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for because there are also signs above stating what is in each aisle. There are plenty of staff around who know where to locate things, a large range of tables desks and chairs. The photo and printing area are large and quite busy. It seems like all the latest technology is available. The lady that served us was very friendly. Unfortunately my gift voucher of two years had just expired but now they have extended them for three years but was to know availability for half.

Extremely happy, I went back to school shopping, and a friendly staff member named Maddie helped me with everything and she knew where everything is, I would rate higher if I could.10/10 would go back again

I want to commend Demita for her brilliant customer service and assistance with organising special photos that I needed urgently. Demita went above and beyond, took the time and care to help me.

I went to the frankston store this morning to print a couple of things , I was acknowledged immediately by a beautiful young girl (Jena) I told her that I wasn’t familiar with the self serve and straight always she replied “aw no problem, I’m happy to help!” She didn’t leave my side thru the whole process and she was super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations for such a simple thing! After she assisted me, I went on to print some pictures and I could still clearly hear her in the background with the same attitude of friendliness to the other customers!

Update: I had an issue with something I got from this store online and they replaced it without any fuss at all. Great service Officeworks.
Good selection of stock and even though they were busy I got served fairly quickly. The click and collect order system is handy. Wish I'd known I didn't have to go to the counter to resolve that and pickup though. They confirmed my order and got it out for me with no dramas quickly and efficiently. Glad that they check id before your take the stuff you've already paid for online as it gives you confidence to do bigger orders.

Definitely recommend these guys. Service was fantastic even though we all know what time of year it is. Thanks to all the staffs.

As we always say, in the click-and-collect days, it is the people on the ground that make the difference. And, the girls and boys here are just gorgeous! Special commendation (drum roll)... to Andrew in IT. Came in with a question about connecting multiple monitors to a single PC. -OK, you can see I am old but still, old people also need multiple monitors, right?- Anywho, this man knew all the answers. Such a joy dealing with people who take pride in their work. Thank you Andrew and team.

It's a good place to find what you need from office stationery to children's and adult art supplies.
Good take if printers, laptops, notebooks and accessories. The staff in the printing section, equally amazing.

In 3 days I have used office works (Frankston) twice at night and this morning
Young guy at printing counter was really helpful n pleasant… From the moment I walked in I was greeted by an older gentleman, great 👍 service.. proceed to counter (printing) I had issues with my card signing in then paper jammed
This young guy was extremely helpful n explained why n what was happening .
I take my hat off .. loving your job shows in customer service I give you 500/100

Needed assistance with amalgamating 2 Word docs before printing as Laptop in for repairs.

Dylan in the printshop went over & above line of duty to get the finished product I needed.

Today my partner and I popped into the Frankston store to print an 'engagement party' sign for our upcoming engagement party. Emily served us and was so helpful and lovely. She helped compare sizes and frames for what we wanted and we absolutely love the end result. Thanks, Emily.

After having been to this officeworks store numerous times of the years, I cannot fault them. They've always had what I needed, and if they didn't their staff have been helpful to try and locate it.

I've used their click and collect service during Covid-19 and its been super simple and straight forward every time. Keep up the fantastic work.

My partner went there to get an urgent and highly important print. There were issues with internet that we could not process it through office works website. Tried multiple times using my own network as well as Officeworks WIFI. This was tough as when we don't have our own printer at home. As for the stage 4 restriction they did not let anyone to come into the store or accept any payments at the store even we offered. The staff there were really nice that they asked to email it and gave the prints without any cost. It was an urgent situation and we really appreciate your support. Thank you.

Went in today to look at buying an Apple Watch. Tech Steve provided amazing service, listened to what I needed and wanted and left me alone to choose. 10/10 will be back thank you very much.

I extremely happy with the prompt service that I received. I had received a parcel and had a damaged product from an different Officeworks and Frankston Officeworks is my local Officeworks. The staff were able to help me get a undamaged product. Thankyou Kevin you amazing.
