The staff are excellent though it doesn’t take a brainiac to realise they are under payed, over worked and under staffed. Definitly they need more staff as I stopped getting coffees there cos I felt terrible holding everyone up.

Excellent customer service from Siddhesh. He was cheerful and friendly which is a pleasant change from the service from some staff at other OTR stores.

Cappuccino was okay but Chai Latte was awesome!! Will surely recommend anyone to try this one if you love indian tea.
