Usually my go to place for dim sum. The food never dissapoint and good service too. The owner is always accommodating. The chicken feet flavour is very nice and so is the deep fried squid tentacles. The place is a bit run down but as long as the service is good and food tastes good as well I will always be back as it's hard to find a dim sum place with both!

Dine in for many times and they never disappointed us. Dim sum are fresh and big plus the boss lady is super nice! Her service warmth your heart every single time you come. So humble and considerate. Price is the best compared to surrounding dim sum restaurant too. It's a must go

This is our go to dim sum place. Have been to several others but overall we love this one best. Dumplings are amazing. Rice flour rolls fantastic, squid tentacles perfectly cooked. We usually arrive at 10:30 to avoid lines, always seated immediately. Hubby says they have the best pork shumai.

Amazing food at a good price. You won't be disappointed! Will definitely be back again and again 😁

The food size is massive the jar how in this joint is phenomenally thicc. They still have the girls push the dim sum trolley around.

Dim sum is fantastic here. The deep fried squid is probably the best in Perth; bit of a crutch to the batter, not at all chewy and just super tasty. All of their dishes range from good to excellent in my book. Not normally much of a wait for a table either

Really delicious dim sum, the soft shell crab was the best I've ever had! Was actually full pieces of crab! We had expected to go to the belmont dim sum but it was way too busy. This place was just as good and we got in straight away and the food came out quickly. Very nice service as well staff were all smiling and very kind. Will definitely be back!

My favourite yumcha place - great food, lovely service and the queue for a table is generally not too long! Only criticism is that they do not keep their opening days/hours up to date so they can be a little unreliable in that way!

Tasty authentic Chinese dim sums. Place Abit dated but clean and friendly service. Also short waiting times for food. Overall a very nice place for Chinese food.

My favourite for lunch anywhere in perth. The service is always great, food comes out very quickly even when they are busy. It is clear that a lot of love goes into the food and atmosphere here, from the warm gracious hostess to the smell of dumplings from the kitchen, every part makes you feel welcome. If you are new to this kind of cuisine, i highly suggest visiting as the menu is easy to follow and there are options for everyone (our favourite is the fried squid tentacles).

My Wife and I LOVE the Dim Sum @ Silver Seas! We are Dim Sum veterans and this place is now in Our top 10 favorite restaurants. The Staff are great too, speak fluent English and are very polite. Try it, You wont regret it.

The dimsum was very good! The owners of this restaurant used to own the New Moon dimsum in Northbridge many years ago, so if you miss that dimsum you should come here. I would especially recommend the fried squid.

We used to exclusively dine for dim sum in Northbridge, but now finding this place in our local suburb has changed that!

One of the best dim sum in Perth! Great customer service, A+ for the food quality and prices. The entire restaurant looks clean and tidy, you can seriously enjoy your Yum Cha time with friends/ family. Once you've finished your Yum Cha session, you can pretty much do some shopping closeby.

The food is exceptional and the staff have always been courteous! I have been coming here for many years and can’t fault the food! You must try!
