So many dresses to suit every single budget, lots on clearance. Staff are super helpful and accomodating and show you dresses you wouldn't otherwise have tried on but suit your needs/event perfectly. Would absolutely be back here for my next event!

Today I just went in with my 2 toddlers to frantically look for a very specific dress I needed for an event. The saleslady was amazing! So patient with the kids, brought me dress after dress to try, was so helpful. I will definitely be shopping here for any future events! Thank you for your wonderful service :)

Today I came in to pick something special for my birthday this coming weekend. Myself and my best friend were assisted by Lara.
I couldn't recommend her enough! She made us both so comfortable, we found a dress that was amazing and fitted perfectly, she was so helpful and saved me from hiring a dress for the occasion. My dress is stunning and there is so much choice!

Had the most amazing customer service at the Joondalup store, I wish I had gotten her name! Super helpful with picking out dresses for me to try and even steamed and bagged my purchase when she found out I was buying last minute

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful sales assistant at Morley branch who served us on Monday 1st March at 11am. She made the visit for my very self conscious granddaughter extremely pleasant , then went above and beyond to to assist me as well. She is a credit to your company and deserves recognition. Unfortunately I never thought at the time to find out her name but I did thank her at the time.

Can not recommend this shop more! I left it till the last day to find a dress for a wedding and if not for the amazing customer service woman who helped me in my panic and found me the most perfect and very reasonably priced dress! Again thankyou!

Great range of sizes and styles but also a gem for customer service. The staff know the stock so well that they are easily able to ascertain what garments will work for your body type.

I’m only 16 and me and my mum went shopping there for a dress for my year 11 river cruise coming up and the lady working there was incredible. She was so nice and she gave my mum some dresses so I could try on and said I looked beautiful too. I don’t know what her name is but bless her. Though there was a line waiting for the dressing rooms as there are only three but a little waiting doesn’t hurt me

Beautiful staff, terrible management. Have purchased a dress for a ball. During the final fitting after I purchased we noticed that the lining was very visible on the slit up the front of my leg so not wearable. Tried to return the dress to the store. The advertised opening hours were incorrect so missed the store. Then upon returning during opening hours was informed by staff member that they aren't authorised to do refunds but staff agreed that it was not wearable. Have left the dress at the store and no response from owner/management. Then eventually got hold of them on the phone, could only offer a store credit as they too didn't have authority for a refund- another week passes by with no response. I requested the owners contact details and again no response. Very poor customer service

Variety but bad management.
A genuine mistake was made where my Gran had picked the exact same dress as my mum for my wedding. Not a change of mind but a genuine mistake, so she wanted to return the dress for a refund where she could get something else. Understandably Granny isn’t 30 years old and a lot of the styles here didn’t accommodate her age/style. Flat out offered a credit note. That they can’t do a refund in their policy. For a genuine mistake and the reason why, the lady don’t even care. This service is not good enough and why would someone of my granny’s age need a credit note when she clearly only found the 1 dress. Not to mention she was quite rude and dismissive.

the most poor customer service i've ever received in my whole life. as soon as i stepped foot in the store with a group of friends, the older aged worker immediately said she was going to keep an eye out for us implicating we were going to steal. this continued as she kept discouraging us from trying on dresses as she didn't want them to be 'damaged' as we were 'just having fun'. it made all of us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as we all went with the intention of trying on dresses for our upcoming ball. would not recommend 0/5 if that was an option.
