Glo Fit Bunbury

I have been on my Pilates journey now for a little over 6 months, I have tried a variety of classes all of which I enjoy, the coaches are all very welcoming and knowledgeable.
My favorite has to be Mat, these classes continuously tests my body, mind and sometimes my patience as balance for me has never been a strong point and something I continue challenge myself and work on every day.
So far I have seen numerous improvements on my balance core strength, posture, flexibility, menstural pain and body awareness.

Glofit is a welcoming environment and welcomes all levels, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to give themselves a new challenge.

The studios are great, instructors are awesome and I love that there are plenty of options with class times. I have noticed my strength really improving since starting the reformer classes a few months back and love finishing the week with yoga :)

The very first fitness and health classes that I've really enjoyed. Gentle on the joints but a great workout in a nice and welcoming environment. It really is suitable for all genders, ages, shapes and sizes. Love Glofit!

The ONLY reason I'm waking up at 5:30am every morning and driving 35mins to exercise is because I'm obsessed with Glofit. I've been going to Glofit in both Australind and Bunbury since February this year and I love it! The space, the vibe, the instructors, and the classes are 10/10. I had only done a couple pilates classes before joining Glofit but I will gladly say this is the perfect form of exercise for me! I definitely recommend everyone and anyone to try Glofit <3

This has been my first experience with Pilates and i am happy to have chosen Glofit. The entire team at Glofit have been friendly from the very first session and I find the environment supportive and welcoming no matter which class I chose.
