So I went instore not knowing what i was looking for or what dress i wanted to buy and the loveliest sales rep named Crystal Godfrey helped me not only pick out the perfect dress for me, but made me feel so good about myself in that dress too! I cant express enough gratitude to her, she's easily one of the best people i have come into contact with in the sales industry! Definitely returning to this store!

My partner went in and spent an hour for her interview, then was told to do a whole 3 hour unpaid "trial" on a Thursday night here, the busiest time of the week in a shopping centre, only to be told she didn't get the job despite having years of retail experience.

Such a rip off company, don't shop here anymore, scamming customers and potential staff, horrible business.

Super disappointed in the way the staff handled a situation at this store. Went to purchase a dress for my little sister’s birthday party and had to prepay to secure the dress from another store. The lady had said that carousel had 1 in store and would have to find it otherwise would get the one from the other store sent over and this would take 2-3 days at MOST. Upon calling the store after waiting a week and a half, I was told that they haven’t got the dress and idm need to wait until an email was sent saying it’s ready for collection. It’s been 2 weeks, I still have no dress and the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. We will not be returning to shop at this store.

Had the most dissapointing experience. Ranging from an obvious aim to reach KPI’s and even being criticised about myself from one of the staff members. I came to shop for clothing, not be put down. You do not sell products by pointing out insecurities of others. Do not recommend shopping here, I am still in disbelief of what happened.

With the customer service here I can see why they're shutting good riddance. Can't see why if you're shutting down I can't change a shirt for a bigger size
