SHEIKE Morley

Came looking for a dress for a function, and while I didn't really find anything too much like I was thinking for myself, the customer service was amazing. After a hard morning with family and a marathon of trying dresses on and being berated by my own family, I was quite exhausted and broke down. Bless the lady who helped me (didn't catch her name) as she noticed, and gently helped comfort me. She even grabbed chocolate from the back. I dare say in this figure-based society that experiences like that are common, but that doesn't change the fact she really helped me. If I ever break down in a dressing room again, I would like it to be here.

I had the most amazing experience at this store, I went in looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding and was nervous as it can sometimes be hard to find something that you can feel good in. The lovely lady Rosie was extremely helpful and encouraging. I don't usually write reviews but her support and encouragement to try new things was very much appreciated. I ended up settling on the Aravesque green Set which I couldn't be happier with. This was something I would normally go for but I am so happy I got encouraged to try it on. Thanks again Rosie!

Out of all the Sheike stores in Perth, Morley is by far my favourite! The best customer service and such a genuine friendly vibe in store with honest styling advice. Unfortunately didn’t get the name of the beautiful lady who looked after me yesterday but she was the best so thank you!

Where do I even begin? Rosie, Rosie, Rosie! You were absolutely incredible! Attentative, helpful, suggestive... you had ideas and recommendations that made me select items I wouldn't have normally selected and most of all, you made me feel comfortable to take the time I needed to select items for my upcoming events. I had to go to Karrinyup just to see the RSVP options given the events I have impending, however the level of service and care given, I purposely only went back to the Morley store to finalise all my purchases with Rosie. While getting dressed, Rosie even steamed all my gowns I purchased ready to pop in my wardrobe to put straight on for each event this week! Both encounters with Rosie, I walked out of Sheike with a very big smile on my face feeling amazing about my experience. Outfit shopping can be stressful at the best of times, add being curvy and body conscious to the mix, to have the most attentative and caring attendant like Rosie made me feel overwhelmingly comfortable with the experience... which resulted in me purchasing 6 outfits (one in Karrinyup, only because Morley didn't have my size)!! And I'll definitely be back for more purchases across the season. Thanks again Rosie!! Sheike, I can't honestly sing your staff member's praise enough!!

Absolutely amazing experience shopping here! The manager, Kim, was an absolute delight and gave really good personalised service. Definitely telling all of my friends to shop here!

Finally 5 star customer service!!
After experiencing zero customer service from your carousel store these girls saved the day!! The store manager and assistant were fabulous!! I rang up searching for stock which they had on hold for another customer when I was told they would ring the said customer to double check she didn't want it then it was all mine, within a few minutes the manager rang me back and said I was good to go, I explained I was standing outside the carousel store and it would take 40mins to get there with the traffic she told me not to stress they would wait and to enter by the myer/coffee club so I wouldn't be running around the shopping centre as it was so close to closing (Friday 4/12/2020) on arrival to the store I was greeting with a big smile and asked if I was the lady looking for said outfit they grabbed everything I needed and showed me to the fitting room everything fitted perfectly the store manager stayed with me and we had a good chat she even apologised for my bad experience in your carousel store 45mins before!! Totally not her fault but it was so lovely of her to say, This team are an asset to your company!! You almost lost a returning customer due to the carousel store but the girls in Morley really did turn things around and in the future I will drive the extra 40 mins to shop here my experience was 10 out of 10 Thank you!! Credit where credit is due girls you are fabulous!!!!

Staff are down to earth and friendly from the moment you walk through the door, their clothes are elegant, unique, sexy, bold and handmade. I have a few items from here already, if you are looking for something that will stand out I recommend coming here.. the gowns are to die for!
