Tropicana Caravan Park

Really awesome park! Came to stay for a week and I'm still here nearly two months later.. you're met with a warm welcome and fantastic value for money, there's even a pool! They're also pet friendly..
A really friendly, safe, community vibe throughout the whole park. 🙂

Highly recommend this caravan park for a stopover of to stay awhile. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the amenities are very clean. It is a great little park that is kept neat and tidy.

I highly recommend Tropicana Caravan Park!
We always stay in one of the cabins, which are very comfortable, extremely clean, and prepared with floral touches and so much care.
The plates, bowls, cutlery, and everything else are of good quality, and there's plenty of room for storage in the cupboards. Excellent size new fridge as well, which for us is very important, as we never stay for less than a week and we need a good size fridge and freezer.
The host and her family are extremely welcoming.
The beautiful gardens are very well kept, and the swimming pool and all the amenities are very clean.
Great laundry room, with three washing machines and two tumble dryers, plus everything else you may need.
It's easy to tell how much Sierra, the owner, loves her business and does her best to make sure everyone feels at home at Tropicana!

We are doing an overnight stop over and I can say that the park is immaculate, the toilet facilities are immaculate and I have never seen male toilets presented like this (see pics), they are clean presented very well. The pool area is great and right beside the camp kitchen and all the sites are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend this park.

Not owned by a big company, this family owned & operated park is a breath of fresh air. A huge thank you to Sierra who was very generous in accommodating us during a stressful time when we had vehicle issues. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Tropicana Caravan Park in Sarina and was pleasantly surprised with service ,price and site we received. Very happy camper and I would gladly come back to this park again. The manager went out of her way to help us with our caravan problem which we got fixed thanks to her. We were in a caravan so we only needed a powered site. Ammenities were nice and clean and the park itself was very neat.

We planned to stay 1 week over Easter and we were so impressed with the park we are still here with no plans of leaving as yet. Sierra the owner and her kids are so professional, helpful and friendly. Facilities are immaculate and all the small touches make this park stand out well above any park we’ve stayed at over the last 16 months. Such as the free range chooks, fresh flower arrangements in hand basins in toilet, just to mention a few. Sierra has a range of incredible cabins, caravans which have amazing tropical murals, powered and unpowered sites all for short stays.

What a great little spot we had right up the back, nice and quiet with plenty of room for the dog to run. Nice touches throughout the park with murals painted on the permanent vans. Amenities a bit dated but exceptionally clean, nice floral touches in the bathrooms. Very welcoming host!! Would stay again and highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful tropical van park. The amenities are always clean and tidy. Owner Sierra is always helpful as are all the staff, nothing is too much trouble. Would always stay here when in Sarina.

Awesome little park. Very tropical. Cabin very cute and clean. Well equipped. Went for a walk around, main amenities clean and loved the Bali flower arrangement in water bowl. Pool area very nice. The owner very happy and helpful. Happy chickens pottering around gave the park a very relaxed feel. Will definitely stay again if we are passing.

A very friendly quiet paradise park with beautiful amenities and a lovely clean and refreshing swimming pool and bbq area.
My daughter got to collect eggs of a morning by the beautiful chooks roaming around the park and offered the eggs to take home.
Close to town and great cheap meals at the sporting club.
Would recommend this park very highly and will definitely be back.

This is a gem, such a pretty well maintained park, the artwork around the park is just fabulous, the amenities are spotless, beautiful pool & our drive through site was great, highly recommend. The staff are friendly and the owner is awesome, she does the most amazing job👍😊⭐

Clean, tidy, pleasant little park surrounded by tropical shrubs and trees. Amenities immaculate. Owner/manager very pleasant and goes out of her way to be helpful. Will be back.

What a beautiful, peaceful and inspiring park. The amenities are spotless and have a very special middle basin of tropical flowers that are so welcoming and soothing for the weary traveller. Staff are amazing, so are the kids. The birdlife is abundant and the chook are do friendly. Don't hesitate to book your spot in this little bit of paradise.
Oh and do the Sugarshed and distillery tour it's informative, and a delicious way to learn how sugar is made, and the distillery has some awesome liquers chutneys, sauces.

This is one of those hidden gems you hear about. Incredibly affordable, wonderful tropical atmosphere, friendly patrons and staff and bonus crystal clear pool! What more could you ask? Well keep your pants on, I'll tell you. Fresh tropical flowers decorate the basin everyday. Music plays in the men's toilets (I was jealous). All the amenities and grounds were well maintained. Choice of slab or grass, and sites were a comfortable size. Great base to see all the surrounding beaches, and the local shops have just about everything you could need. Do yourself a favour and visit this van Park if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys, take care, we'll be back. 😄😄😄👍👍👍

Quiet place with plenty of greenery, all beautifully kept. Staff couldn't do enough. The ensuite cabin was spacious, spotless and had everything you need in it with a comfy bed. Shower was hot, sooo good after the long drive to get there. If we pass this way again, we will definitely camp here the night.

Manager is very friendly, love the tropical vibe and the Chooks free ranging, toilets and showers are impeccable. Beautiful quiet spot, big van site. Great experience, close to everything.

well presented and the friendliest park we have ever stayed in everyone says hello the amenities are very clean and the grounds and pool are immaculate thanks for squeezing us in at late notice Tropicana we loved our stay !!!!
