I absolutely love this place! I have been going to Southwest Pets since at least 2006. The staff are always friendly and the store holds a large variety of items for all your domestic pets needs. The hand reared birds that great you in the store are always a special treat. Socially friendly dogs are welcomed to walk supervised by their owners on leads and the pats are plenty. Nugget and Bolt absolutely approved. 🙂

As always, they gave me good service and had stock of the dog biscuits I only buy from them.

I was like a child at a candy store in here. I got to scritch a bird, look at snakes, fish, guinea pigs, stick insects and more birds. Absolutely awesome place for animal lovers!

My new go to for fish. Amazing varieties for both tropical and marine. Plenty of hardscape, plants, corals. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Amazing Service! They have everything you could ever want for your pet! Lovely selection of fish and birds, also rabbits guinea pigs, kittens and dogs! Staff members were very helpful when we brought our chicks and helped us get the right set up for us. We bough on of my guinea pigs from here and it went on to getting champion pet for 15-18 age group at the IGA Perth Royal Show!

The most fantastic large range of fish supplies, tanks, pumps, lots of fish to choose. There is 2 in-house fish experts to help you start up.
Miles ahead of the other local pet stores, who had very little choice.
Oh yes it's locally owned, so support a local small business.

I frequently shop there for pet supplies. Good range from fish, birds, rabbits, cages to pellets of all kinds.

Great range of products. I just wish they would leave some shopping carts near the front door for when purchasing multiple large items. Every visit I have to walk to the rear of the store and search one out. Otherwise, fantastic store with happy attentive staff.

I went into the store around 1pm today and I was served by a very pleasant young lady that listened to everything I had to say to make sure I got what I needed .I didn't get the young ladies however she knows who she is and all I can say is, Well done young lady it was nice to meet you and your happy demena made it a pleasure so keep up the top customer service.😁
