Never had a problem in the last 25 years until August 2021 when a perhaps NEW lady really hurt me with her technique. My arm swelled up instantly in the muscles and it has taken 6 mths to not notice it in my daily routine.
I normally do just fine and always thought they were doing a really good job.
I will continue to go there when I need to as this hopefully was a one off.

Not Very Happy with my experience i took my 3year old son in to be checked over as he had swelling in his face, had a loss of appetite and had flu symptoms. Dr fearns told me his breathing sounded ok and just to give him a teaspoon of honey a day and he'll be fine. No other tests were done. The following day he woke up and his whole face was swollen and his tummy and legs. My partner and I rushed him to the hospital. They took bloods and a urine sample and he was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome. A type of kidney disease.
How Dr fearn looked at me like nothing was wrong really annoyed me and i am 98% sure it is because my family and I are kiwis.

The most unorganised rude staff iv ever experienced.
