I had the most wonderful experience at the dentist again this time. I had to have 3 extractions, and the final year dental student, Nev, was THE best dentist I have ever had. Nev talked me through every step of the way. Explained everything in detail so I understood what was going to happen, happening at the time and post extractions and what to expect and what to do in an emergency. Nev was frequently telling me how well i was doing during the taking of x-rays and during the whole procedure of the extractions. As soon as she introduced herself to me, I felt very comfortable with Nev. I can not praise this young dental student highly enough. I was completely and totally relaxed through the whole process. The supervising dentist and staff assisting were all fantastic, gentle, and really pleasant to deal with.
Oh, and the best thing is that I did not feel any of the extractions, and I never had any gum pain whatsoever after the 3 extractions. Thank you so much for your professionalism, Nev. You are a great dentist already. Best of luck with your career 😊

This is the place you need when your kids have dental problems.
Knowledgeable staffs and dentists who are also very nice and gentle. If your kids enrolled in any school, the dental services are free of charge. Peaceful and quiet site with lots of parking lots. Close to bus status number 30 for those who don’t want to drive their kids to. Highly recommended for all kinds of dental services.

This is a place where dental students practiced their crafts. All works are closely monitored by tutors. Licensed dentists are available for more advanced procedures. No complaint so far. Recommended!

First visit to this clinic. Had a tooth extracted by Jessica. She was very professional, explaining every step of the way, so skillfully done that I felt very little pain. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Though a government clinic, it is as good as any other.

AMAZING!! I would not go anywhere else! The students are caring, friendly, supportive. They really want to do a good job. Just fantastic and extremely affordable if you have a health care card.

Always the best treatment by young staff … I can’t fault the good manners and treatment I have received!

Admin staff lacking training and unable/unwilling to help. Could be caused by software limitation. If the requested appointment is more than 1 month away, they just cancel your current one and not willing/able to offer a solution.

Reception and front desk staffs are rude and inefficient. They definitely need training in customer service.
Doctors and nurses are really good with their service.

Excellent dental nurses but the staff at the front desk, never answer the phone. I have to call about 10 times to get an answer. It just rings out. Also the older reception lady is very rude, interrupts and is bossy, condescending and patronising.

Needed a emergency appointment! Dental health said ring ! Asked all questions about virus! Then still was told no appointment! Im Category 3! I was told ! It's up to a reseptionist , to decide if I needed treatment or not ! Off to hospital! Thank you ! It takes one person to care care! Got an appointment in Armadale! Angela

Staff at the front desk are very rude. Dentists are Great had very fast and thorough treatment but reception need a lesson in manners.

Dont take your kids there, they are not trained to deal with kids, especially the most negative lady in there Lee. She took her gloves off as soon as my child felt uncomfortable with a cotton bud, My child is scared of needles and there is no other choice we are not putting our kids to sleep.

Staff at the front desk lack basic manners and communication skills. They have been consistently rude and abrupt over the phone and in person.

Broke my daughter tooth during extraction and left a piece of the tooth behind which will require surgical procedure and incurred expenses. Horrible experience

Bad attitude staff
