The best experience I've had while waiting to get a ultrasound. My appointment was at 8:35am. Came in to Lumus at 8:28. Came out at 8:37am. Staff were polite and the appointment went smoothly.

Wow, their services are truly exceptional compared to other imaging centers in the Parramatta area. The sonographer who performed my ultrasound scan was phenomenal; incredibly calming and respectful. I believe their prices are also more affordable than other options.

I had to have an emergency ultrasound to confirm if my baby was ok. The sonographer Anthony was very kind and professional. Even though the outcome from the scan was not what I hoped for, the way Anthony handled the whole situation made it more bearable. The reception staff were also very helpful in scheduling my scan at short notice. Overall great experience.

a very good experience ...my wife was asked to do an urgent appointment she was refused appointment at some other ultrasound center ..merrylands imaging center gave us appoinement 2 hrs after we requested...the doctor (victor) who performed the ultrasound was so nice and explained everything ...this center has made a permanant customer...i wish we had found this before and not wasted our time at the other ultra sound clinic at merrylands

Fantastic staff and sonographer. Great experience from the first phone call to book right until my appointment ended.

Very friendly my wife unfortunately went to medscan Merrylands they refused to do a ultrasound scan on her arm also they were not friendly. But Merrylands imaging centre they were very friendly also accepted my wife that day. Thank you very much
