The staff have been incredible and supportive for the last 15+ years. John knows what he’s doing and is always up front with me about my many conditions and issues and have often seen me and my kids far quicker than others. First class service. Will always come back ❤

Myself and my son have been in a few times, for ultrasounds and X-rays... my son just a few weeks ago. We received professional service and are grateful that we didn't have to go all the way in to Mackay. My son was a little nervous and in pain but he received wonderful care and attention in the short time we were there.

This clinic is super professional. Ive been there twice now for ultrasounds and both times it’s been a quick and easy process. I’ve been impressed with being told straight up what the potential issue is at the end of the appointment. John and Sharon go above and beyond at all times. They are professional in all areas of the services they provide. These negative comments are defamatory and harmful to a vital business in our small community. You could not find nicer people. Would highly recommend attending this clinic above other cities clinic any day. I wish them nothing but success.

Excellent clinic. Excellent service to the community. This clinic has saved many a patient a 40 min drive to Mackay. Good quality imaging with the reports back to the doctors very quickly.

I've only had good experiences at this radiology clinic. As a medical professional myself I can say that the staff and owner are extremely professional and the clinic extremely clean.

Owner would have to be one of the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever laid eyes on. His actions are just appalling I’m not even angry. I’m just disgusted.

Terrible owner,was told to shut up when I asked could they tell me about the x-ray the, lady working there tells U to wear a mask,and she isn't wearing one???? ,it's November 8 th 2022,who wears masks now, and so rude the old man the owner tells his customers to shut up or U can go elsewhere,#$?/ of a man ,and then wants to charge U money when it's bulk bill for pensioners,had been there few times before ,was bulk billed,and says he's the owner and can charge me money if he likes,yeah fair enough,very difficult person.

I would have to agree with the other negative reviews on this page, the old man running this business is an angry short tempered and disrespectful man. Zero intelligence or regard for how to treat people. Awful man, definitely would NOT recommend coming here.

Owner has an aggressive demeanour. Reception staff are lovely. But owner lets the place down
