Sportsgirl Hay St Mall

This store is great during the week when there's no crowds and you're free to browse and try on without queues. The sales are pretty decent too. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Had a pretty poor experience today at Sportsgirl Hay Street. Was spoken to quite rudely, told my top was too old because it was in season two years ago, and that it was "good to recycle" I'm sorry but that's definitely not the definition of recycling. Very fake and poor customer service and I'm reconsidering if it's ever worth going back to that particular store as I don't want to be spoken to rudely again, I'm not sure the name of her unfortunately but hopefully something changes. Can't imagine too many customers would be happy to be spoken to like that.

Worst service. The clothes are good design so i like this brand but not this store.
