Claremont Puppies and Pets

Our experience was a very positive one. The staff spent over an hour making sure we were well informed about how to look after our puppy Raja. The selection was extensive. The pups all looked well looked after, we were made to wear gloves when handling any of the pups. The price of our puppy was very reasonable and less than others I have heard recently. Included a vet visit to the local vet which gives you confidence that the puppies are healthy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Brought my golden retriever pup from here and was a great experience. Received very detailed instructions on how to care for him and everything I need ie. feeding and medication. Vic and Corina were happy to answer all my questions and seemed knowledgeable

I picked up my Super Puppy from this store. Sheba a gorgeous Maltese x Border Collie. She is as Smart as a whip and a future Mensa Candidate. :).
Anyway I digress. I was told I could ring the owner Vic 24/7 if there were any concerns with the puppy. I had cause to ring Vic at 8pm on a Saturday night. a week after I bought her, because Sheba had diahorrea from picking and eating a capsicum. Vic answered immediately and told me what to do with the medication that had been supplied with the puppy. Needless to say his information was spot on.
The assistant that sold me the puppy was also pleasant and very informative. Its rare that you get such good customer service. While I did not personally meet the owner I got a real sense that he cares about the animals he sells. He knew his pets when I discussed them with him.

What lovely people to deal with. Never have I been so well informed when I have received a puppy. I have purchased puppies from breeders before now and no one has ensured that I knew exactly what to do and when to do it. So much knowledge and nothing was too much effort. We absolutely love our new addition to the family, he has bought smiles to all our faces. Thanks Vic and staff for such amazing caring customer service.

I have visited Claremomt Puppies and Pets several times and bought my puppy from there.
The accommodation and play area for the puppies is impressive. Always clean and warm with plenty of space for the puppies to play or snuggle up together.
They are well fed with quality puppy food, with plenty to drink and individual attention from the staff.

This is a great pet store where we bought our two new groodkr puppies that are now 11 weeks. The staff are caring and give great instructions and education supplying all the necessities at very affordable prices compared to petbarn etc. We are so happy with our healthy Golden Girls who now nearly weigh 7kg. and love them to bits. One belongs to my daughter and one mine. Plenty of parking.

I got my labrador puppy for here and i received very detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do. The owner Vic has a lot of knowledge on these beautiful dogs and he reassured me that if i have any questions or problems i can give him a call whenever. Karina was super helpful through the whole experience of bringing our beautiful boy home. If want to buy a dog from knowledgeable people who care about the dogs well-being then this is one of the places to go😊

We bought Maggie - a Springer Doodle - 3 months ago from Vic at Claremont Puppies and Pets.
She is an absolute delight.
She has an amazing temperament, is energetic, playful and such a quick learner.
No health issues, a clean bill of health from the Vet and I can only unreservedly recommend Vic and the team and the quality of their pets!!

Received great customer services and informative details from the staffs. We were given a chance to cuddle the puppies.
Not too sure what’s with the negative reviews but the puppies seem happy and staffs appeared to take good care of them one by one.

Puppies and Pets has a great assortment of different dogs, the one we purchased is absolutely amazing! He is the perfect dog for us and would highly recommend going in and seeing all the awesome ones they have! Awesome pricing on most things and free pet insurance for the first month. The puppy cuts are awesome and we have had our dog come out looking cute! Awesome staff who are very friendly and treat the dogs like family. Very impressed with this pet shop!

We got our Bonnie (Spoodle) four weeks ago and she has been the absolute best! She has been healthy and happy. She was comfortable in the shop and comfortable once we adopted her. The attendant was so kind and gave me details as we were waiting to pick her up and then it was one-stop-shopping as we prepared ourselves for bringing a fur-baby home. We were also given a trial pet insurance policy on the house AND we were given the owners phone number to call in the event of an immediate emergency. I highly recommend Claremont Puppies and Pets!

The staff are very kind and helpful they will help/answer any questions you have. A huge range of pet toys and supplies. The shop is very looked after and all of the animals that are at the shop, at grooming or for sale are treated with the best care.

Went in to look for one dog and came out with two! Vic's knowledge and advice made our experience with taking the puppies home very straight forward. We know how to look after our puppies in the very best way! The puppies are kept in a very clean and friendly environment and are well looked after!

Have just purchased a third miniature dachshund from Vic to add to our family. Our new baby boy is a delight, full of beans, eating and sleeping well and charming his older brother and sister.
Vic spent close to 2hrs with handover of our puppy. He is passionate about animals and very knowledgeable. We were given his contact details and told to contact him day or night with any concerns.

Victor is very knowledgeable when I have any concerns about my two toy poodles. Always there to give me good advice with flea treatment, worming and nutrition. Only place I take my two poodles to get groomed. After going all over the Western suburbs to get my dogs groomed, I have finally found a place that does it soo well! Angela does a wonderful job and dogs always seem to be happy and relaxed there, no anxiety at all. True animal lovers here, highly recommend dog grooming here.

Thank you so much for all the help you gave me for my fur baby. He is such a healthy well looked after puppy. The most helpful staff, and the knowledge you have on each of your pets is amazing. If I could give you 20 stars I would, but can only do 5 here, but know you get 20 from me. Thank you
