First visit, and everything went very smoothly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a large, well-lit building that feels comfortable and professional, without feeling too 'sterile' and hospital-like.
Dr. Karen Freilich is brilliant! Knows her stuff, very friendly and funny, makes you feel very comfortable straight away. I've definitely found my new regular GP!

My first experience at Turn the Corner medical centre was a pleasure. Helpful reception staff. Very efficient and skilled medical practitioner. Easy booking system. Pleasant, spacious waiting room. Easy to see a doctor, unlike my previous medical centre, where I had a four week waiting period to see my usual doctor.

Dr Wong has been a kind and conscientious doctor to myself and my children over the last five years. He is intellectually across the issues at hand and he always maintains a non judgemental approach. I am grateful that he continues to practice in the Northcote area.

Excellent attention from Dr Pistoll and staff. In the past I have felt rushed at doctors appointments, but the service from the doctor and allied health staff at this clinic has been thorough and efficient, and the premises are modern, clean and well cared for with an empathetic reception staff.

Ive been to both northcote and Brunswick clinics. I saw Dr Franklin at one clinic and Dr Wong at another. I originally intended Dr Franklin to be my GP but when she was booked out for too long the incredible receptionist accommodated me to be seen by Dr Wong. I wasn’t expecting to be seen with such care and thoroughness. In my 30+ years, this is without a doubt the best clinic I have ever experienced. From the moment I stepped through the doors the staff were so warm and welcoming. I never felt I was in a typical clinic. Then when I went into my appointment, I received the most thorough, respectful and helpful care I have ever got. I usually find it hard to go to new doctors but here, I know I won’t have to look anymore. Thankyou for creating such an amazing space for all humans.

Im always amazed at how Dr Pistol is able to connect and show real care in 15 minute appointments. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His expertise, communication and genuine interest in my/ my families health are to be applauded.

Excellent doctor clinic, very clean and has pathology attached. The doctor we saw was extremely thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and very patient. Would recommend them to everyone.

Holistic and inclusive healthcare where you don't get walked out the door after 5 minutes. I moved house since I started going there but it's fully worth the drive. Doctors there actually listen, make eye contact (pretty basic stuff but rare to come by these days) and go the extra mile to make sure you leave the clinic a happy patient with a good safety net for whatever your medical complaint is. Also waiting room times are very quick, good vibe in there. Highly recommend.

My doctor was excellent. Gave excellent information, answered all my questions and provided the service in a speedy and informed manner with very limited discomfort. Highly recommend for anyone considering IUD insertion/removal.
