Raffy is the best. He will tell you how it is and also won’t let you ruin your hair no matter how unrealistic you’re being. I wanted brunette on top of blonde to fix a warped colour and he refused to dye it, instead insisting on toner. I was shocked at how quickly my hair went from blonde, yellow and red to perfect hues or brown. And I’m not even joking - $125 for the toner, multiple washed and a gorgeous blow dry. The lovely woman in there whose name I didn’t catch was fabulous. You feel like old friends with the cheekiness of all the employees. Do yourself a favour and go here. Don’t go for thousands and hate it somewhere else

I have recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney and was struggling to find a hairdresser to understand me and my hair needs until I I met Rafi at Hair by Who salon In Westfields plenty valley. Not only do I feel very relaxed and at ease when I bring my 1 year old daughter as they are very accomodating and friendly, my hair is always 10/10. The colour, the cuts, the blowdries I don’t even have to mention what I want anymore as only after a couple visits Rafi understood me wholeheartedly and makes me feel like a princess Everytime I leave. 10 out of 5 stars!

I have thick curly hair and the male who cut my hair did an amazing job at washing, cutting and blow drying my hair. My hair feels so healthy and shiny. Best cut I’ve had! The layers are perfect.

I’ve been going to this salon for well over 5 years now, and they consistently deliver amazing results. The staffs work, knowledge and experience is beyond and truly commendable🥰

A big shoutout to Rafi! He understand my preferences but will always suggest something and then ends up being right! My hair has never been as healthy and well maintained the way he does. He takes time and actually has passion for it and is old school in his blow waves [no leaving the salon with dampness ladies!] Each time my hair is down I get compliments left right and centre.

From blowwaves, colours, cuts, extensions, makeup, waxing etc, they just are amazing! Never going else where! ❤❤

Incredibly happy, feel great! I've never been happier with the result of a haircut, dye and blow wave. Never. I would highly recommend. I usually get really anxious getting my hair done, but this time, at hair by who I was actually relaxed and so happy with the result. I haven't been to Hair by Who before. I was contemplating on getting my hair coloured or not as I've had bad experiences in the past at other places. At the last minute I decided to get it done. I thought no one will be able to do my hair right before Christmas. I walked into Hair By Who and was told they can do my hair, I was excited and nervous at the same time. All the staff were so professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. Abby was so amazing! I explained what I wanted and she gave me honest feed back and her thoughts. She took the time to explain every step she was doing to my hair and the reasons why. I went in for just a colour and walked out with so much more. Colour, toner, trim and style. I love my new hair and I've so many positive feedback from friends and family. Love your work Abby and team. I'll definitely be coming to you from now on. Okay so here it goes , I’ve been visiting this salon for almost a year now and always have got my hair colour - balayage done by Rafi. He is absolutely fantastic! He is super dedicated in his work and gives his 100% all the time . I trust him with my hair needs . The products they use is completely safe for the hair and I can vouch for that..

Hi after all my years of searching I finally found the perfect barber and salon to cut my hair and maintain all my hair needs right here. Hair by who Greensborough plaza is the greatest salon I’ve been to ever, the staff are fully amazing , so welcoming and very friendly , very good with kids aswell. I highly recommend hair by who for all your women hair needs and guy hair cut needs aswell.

You walk in and they greet you with care make u feel like you’ve been there for years. Very gentle on the hair highly recommended elderly coming in aswell.
The hair dresses are fully experienced, they know what they’re doing and they do exactly what you ask for .

The owner is a great person with countless years of experience, she is very professional at what she does and will take complete care for each and every customer. The music in the salon is very kids friendly and good for adults aswell. While waiting time goes because you are always occupied, Either listening to the great music or chatting with the staff.

To all the men out there the barbers are extremely professional, you ask for a hair cut they know exactly what to do, they make sure you don’t get bored in the chair. From skin fades to beards to normal hair cuts to children cuts anything you want they know how to do.

Can't thank these ladies enough! First haircut in a long time and Vesna gave me exactly what I wanted - had my 6week old with me and he was a little grizzly but Linda held him between clients and helped settle him. Then when he started again, he sat on me while Ves continued to cut and blow dry my hair.
I'll definitely be going back.

I have to say today I got the best foils. I’v been getting blonde half head foils for nearly 20 years, the colour, care and overall experience was amazing. Definitely will be going back. If I could put 10stars, I would.

i was rejected by several places because of the length of my hair and other salons were charging 900+ dollars to do a balayage, i was able to get my hair trimmed, blow dried and get a balayage for more than half the price, never been happier with a service in my life.

Excellent place and great vibes. Linda is hands down the best hairdresser I've ever had. She is like an artist and the scissors are her paint brush!
