Wonderful accommodation with laundry facilities in bathroom, with sachets of laundry liquid provided. Shower over bathtub, lovely. Open space for bed, dining, TV, kitchenette, also including sachets of washing liquid. Small fridge, hotplate, kettle, toaster, microwave. I could live here!
Ten stars for staff friendliness and above and beyond service regarding transport. Pool wasn't heated, but there is also a sauna beside pool, key available from reception.
Fantastic on-site bar/restaurant, The Common. Best pizzas ever, and they are happy to substitute or remove ingredients upon request.

Rooms are big spa baths in both we got a partial beach view from the balcony and top floor there's a sauna and restaurant with a 2 playgrounds very well planned out for family entertainment/leisure for young and old. The cherry margaritas were great.

Such great value and perfectly located if you are wanting to be by the beach. Even better is the local bar/restaurant “the common” is right there! Food is awesome and so are the drinks! Great place to set and watch the sunset too!

We stayed for four nights of our Cape to Cape walk. It is very comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. This allowed us to self cater and make our lunches for the day's walk. The Commons has a happy hour and lots of locals attend. Sometimes there was live music. Very convenient with welcoming managers.

Loved our stay at Margaret River Beach Apartments! The staff were SO lovely and very accommodating. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Great location, right near the beach and around 10 minutes from the shops. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a basic dinner. Would highly recommend and rebook.

We LOVED our stay here. We only stayed one night and wished we could’ve stayed for a week! The accomodation was so nice, super clean and had so many amenities including a washing machine and dryer in the unit! Beautiful location and has a restaurant on site with really nice food. We’ll be back!

Wonderful location. The owners really look after you well. The beach in fantastic and the bar and cafe are great too.

Loved the location and a nice spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. Perfect for a family getaway with 4 adults. It's out of town so you do need a car bit close to tye Beach and good on-site bar and restaurant

Great Location and when the Wednesday Burger Night gets rolled out, do yourselves a big favour and get one. The Common Ponder is awesome, a great homemade feel burger that is delicious with a drink. Great Feed Common Team🤤

Stayed for a few days to explore some of the south west. Nice and quiet area, very close to some beaches. The accommodation was clean and well presented. The pool was clean and nice to have a swim. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great location to explore what the region has to offer.

Lovely place with very friendly reception staff who were able to accommodate an extra night on to our booking at short notice. Loved having a washer and dryer in the bathroom to clean our hiking gear!

In our room (220) the bathroom had a very large step to get in/out of the bath/shower, made more difficult when the floor is wet. Older adults and those with children might want to request a room with a different configuration.

We had a perfect 3 night stay at the Resort 😊 Perfect location, great views, spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment (Room210) and friendly, helpful staff - what more could you ask for - thank you 😊

Staff were friendly, check in was a breeze. Rooms were great with a full kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a view of the ocean, it was fabulous. The swimming pool looks good and they have a sauna, but I will wait for warm weather before I would venture into the pool, (although I think they heat it from September).
At the resort they have a bistro type restaurant complete with an open fire and two leather couches. Happy hour and good value meals. A little gem with great staff.
Breakfast can be enjoyed at a popular beach kiosk, overlooking the bay, just a two minute drive from the resort.The resort itself is away from shopping centres etc but if you love the beach and want to relax this is the place. I will definitely be back. 😊

Amazing apartment. More modern than looks in pics. Gentleman at the front desk very welcoming and gave us a free upgrade. Spa bath is superb after a long day cycling

Wonderful. Great size rooms, ideal for families with excellent facilities. Including washer a d dryer.
Awesome location, nice bar (food food and drink).
Shower in jacuzzi bath an issue as very wide to step in and out of. Slip hazard

An amazing property, along with the ambience and beach view resort. The food suggestions by SK Pathak and his hospitality was remarkable. A must recommended place to visit whenever you are around ashvem in Goa.
