Recently purchased a beautiful rug for our living room from Rug station and it looks great! They have a huge collection in there. The owner Nima is a very good person, friendly and helpful. Not only he helped us to choose the rug from his store but also he delivered it to our house and helped us to adjust it in the place. Overall it's a very good experience purchasing with them. Would like to visit more often🙂

We purchased two rugs for our home recently and absolutely loved them. The owner was very friendly, and helpful. He helped us make our decision and was very insightful. We showed him pictures of our new home and gave us ideas for which we were grateful. He was such a wonderful person and made our experience there a great one. We went to a few stores and this store had very different selection of rugs that we found unique. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back soon!

Owner was incredibly helpful and insightful, read us as buyers well and understood our budget and taste just by watching us browse and offered relevant suggestions. We ended up going for a rug that he pulled for us and we couldn’t be more pleased! Compared to all the other shops in the area this was the best customer service, rug quality and pricing.

There is such a wide range of products which are amazing quality and so affordable. Nima was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the range of rugs he had and incredibly helpful when choosing to match furniture etc.

Have now bought three rugs here and can’t recommend the service enough! So helpful, very patient with my change of mind and allowed me to swap when I didn’t quite get the right rug. The owner even made me a coffee while I took my time selecting the perfect rug for my space!

I purchased a rug online, and as nice as it was, it wasn't quite right for the room intended. I visited the Jandakot store to exchange it and found the returns/exchange process to be extremely effortless. Lots of rugs to choose from and more importantly the customer service was beyond excellent. My husband and I were very impressed. Thanks again for your help, we love our new rug!

Would totally recommend Rug Station to any one who is looking for a rug or advice as to what would suit their decor. If your struggling to choose between their large range of quality rugs, show them a photo of your area the rug is to go into and they will narrow down what it is you like and don't like. Took me 3 months before I found Nima who quickly narrowed down the perfect rug for my area. Thanks guys once again!

Do yourself a favor and buy your rugs from here. Customer service above and beyond all expectation. Nima was super nice very patient with my wife taking her time make the selection. She was tossing between a few rugs, so he brought 6 different rugs to our home on a Sunday evening to try then pick what worked best. I thought service like this did not exist anymore. Amazing help and the rugs look fantastic!! I would've given 7 stars but it's not an option!

Brilliant service, great products, and fantastic prices! We bought a carpet for our lounge room and a matching hallway runner from Rug Station and couldn't be more satisfied. The manager, Nima Ghezlou, is a legend. He knows all about carpets, the styles, sizes, materials, and quality ranges. He helped us select the best carpets for our home and kindly arranged delivery. If you're looking for a rug for your floor in Perth, I can recommend Rug Station without hesitation. Their website is great - go have a look!

Been searching for a good rug for awhile and finally came across rug station in Cockburn. Nima was very knowledgeable and took lots of time to understand what we were after and educated us on the sizes, textures, advantages and disadvantages of the different rugs. He was more than willing to take down multiple rugs for us to compare and just made it such a simple and seamless process.

We came in expecting to just browse but left feeling excited having found and purchased the perfect rug for our space, thanks to Nima. He even offered to personally deliver it to us for free after work as we only came in a small car - overall 10/10 customer service, and if I ever need another rug or am asked for recommendations I will not hesitate to recommend rug station.

The owner of the store was incredibly helpful and accomodating. Wish we had bought our other rug from here instead. Prices of everything was cheap and the quality is excellent. Thank you so much!
