Even when they are busy, once they are with you, they give full attention to ur problems and queries. They offer price matching, and their own warranty extensions at competitive price

Purchased tv, fridge, washing mashine, dishwahser and we got it all at a very good price we are very happy the salesmen did a very good job in helping us as much as he can.

A special thank you to Sam at Good Guys Cockburn. He provided us with amazing customer service and was so friendly to talk too. We needed a new fridge then and there as ours had died. He went through the different models that were going to suit our needs (we were limited by size and needed a plumbed fridge and I didn't want handles). He knew his stuff when it came to fridges. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to go through the different specifications and sizes of the fridges. Delivery was very quick! I will be going back to see Sam when I need to buy my new dishwasher.

So I went looking for a fridge on Thursday, after looking around a while I had a guy called Brodie approach me and offer assistance. At that point I knew what I wanted but proceeded to ask him questions about fridges and his knowledge was definitely quite useful, giving pros and cons on different brands and types of fridges. I ended up getting a LG and he looked it up and found that it wasn't in stock, although he asked for my details to let me know when it was available. I gave my details and he said by Saturday he would call me and let me know when it would be available. The next day Friday he called me and let me know it would be available on the 23rd which I was glad to hear, he also told me that he had sent me a way to pay online so I didn't need to come in. I went back into The Good Guys Cockburn and found Brodie on Saturday and he had everything ready to go and let me know about the delivery schedule and how to organise it as well as an extended warranty. He did an excellent job, knows his stuff and really made me day. Thanks Brodie, keep up the great work!

Me and my roommates came in with absolutely no idea on vacuums and what we wanted. We gave employee Sam our budget and needs (we had a dog and small carpet area) and he recommended us a range of vacuums and helped talk us through and compare so we could find our perfect vacuum. Couldn’t recommend him and the team at Good Guys Cockburn enough. We have named our vacuum after him, Sam the vacuum.

I went to the store to get new washing machine and recover service fee from my old machine as Miele provides that option. In store I was served by Hanny, who was really polite and professional. Even after sale Hanny contacted me to provide link for service refund. Very happy by service.

I was expecting a late delivery on a Friday and hasn't heard from the store regarding a time so I rang them. A lovely young lady took my call and arranged a private courier to collect my item and completed the delivery. Was pleasantly surprised after my horror experiences with Cannington Good Guys.
