PumpHouse Kununurra

I spent a few days in Kununurra for work and tried every place. Didn't find anything better. Gorgeous spot. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is great and the staff are brilliant. I love how they've kept the old pumps in the station and build around them. A must try if you're in town there.

Every mouthful was delicious. We had barramundi served on perfectly cooked slices of eggplant, zucchini, tomato and onion with a potato croquette. Portion and presentation perfect. Dessert was apple strudel also delicious. Enjoyed the interesting pump house setting. Great service. Recommend.

A must visit if you're ever in Kununurra! Food was excellent and service was very friendly and attentive. Its got a unique vibe as the inside of the restaurant is an old pump station whilst the outside overlooks the river.

Crocodile koftas were flavourful and had good texture. Prawn risotto was well seasoned and the prawns were cooked well.

Food was fantastic, customer service was excellent and atmosphere was perfect.

A must do for anyone visiting Kununurra. Delicious food from the region and a great selection of drinks, and excellent, (effortlessly) customer service.

What an amazing spot!! Stunning views, particularly at sunset, with attentive service, great cocktails and food. We dined as a group and enjoyed it so much my partner and I will be back tonight. A unique experience and a must do while in town.

Had solo sunset tapas here, the vibes were immaculate. Great friendly service. Beautiful beautiful view. Crocs swimming past, plenty of cat fish to feed, thousands of bats descending over the sunset. It was an amazing time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Great location with views. Interesting snacks (crocodile, emu, etc) plus normal stuff. Cocktails great too (but $22 each).

The pum house has one of the best restaurants we had visited in WA, the risotto was by far one of the best I had try around Australia, 100% recommended. They service of Tima was outstanding she was so helpful, and our waiter Luke just incredible service , 10! star experience for us in here. Thanks you for so a great work!

Great staff. Great customer service, great food and great location. Even they are short staff they still execute Great service to us.

Our favorite in Kunanarra! Beautiful sunset on the terrace, great catering team, delicious food, good wine list, nice live music. A must!

Beautiful spot! The food was average and very oily (sunset bites) and the cocktails did not taste alcoholic but the atmosphere was great

Fantastic, could not fault the location, the food or the service. Staff were so attentive and welcoming. So worth going if you are ever in Kununurra. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing! Try to book by emailing Dom who replies quickly. Such an amazing view before sunset and might find a baby crocodile swimming with the fishes 😍 also a cheeky French boy named Omar has such great suggestions.

Service, atmosphere, food and drinks all delightful! Lovely place to watch the sunset.

Started the evening on the deck watching the Sunset whilst drinking lovely cocktails.

Dinner inside the restaurant service was fast and food chocked perfectly and presented well. Staff were friendly and dessert was delicious.

Book a table inside, turn up just before sunset, enjoy some drinks on the terrace then head inside for the food. Follow these instructions and you will be satisfied. Bonus points for spotting the mass exodus of bats along the river.

Cocktails were good and food was delicious. Plus they made no qualms about splitting our bill in half.

Excellent night. My wonderful boss took us all for cocktail and antipasto starter (dinner was being pepared at her home for us) . The Pumphouse staff were friendly and efficient and the views of the sunset on the river were spectacular.
I highly recommend the bikini martini... yummo.
