Kimberleyland Waterfront Holiday Park | Kununurra WA

I have stayed at Kimberleyland quite a few times and always very happy with the service. The cabins are very comfortable, it's in a beautiful location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. On my trip earlier this month the roads were cut because of flooding the day I was meant to check out and I needed to stay an extra night. The staff in reception were fantastic and extended my stay for another night. Best place to stay whilst in Kununurra

Lovely green campsite by the water. Loads of giant trees for shade and plenty of space, especially in October/November when there's only a handful of campers. Excellent location too, by the park and with bike/walking path to the Pump Station and swimming beach. Cafe on site is super busy every morning, all the locals seem to come here, so must be pretty good (haven't tried it)

What a treat to have the privilege to stay in your beautiful park for an extended period…. whilst our car was repaired. All your staff are sensational, they care about their own role and the comfort of their guests. We have thoroughly enjoyed the views of the lake, both at sunrise and sunset, and the gentle breeze cooling us during the day. Thank you, everyone from Granny’s Gap Year.

I love staying at kimberleyand caravan park as the cabins here are really nice and comfy and its right on the lake, to me it just stunning

Kimberland Waterfront at Kununurra is such a beautiful place to stay. Stayed in a powered site facing the beautiful lake. The park is well maintained and clean, amenities are large and clean and staff are friendly.
Cafe at the park is a bonus serving coffee, drinks, muffins, breakfast and more. Cabins also available facing the lake which looked very lovely with BBQ on deck.
By far the best caravan park within Kununurra and Lake Argyle area.
Really loved our stay and will definitely return. Kununurra shops are just down the road for supplies. The park also sends nightly reminders to lock up which is a great reminder.

Great staff. Came for 2 days and stayed for two weeks. Our van had a broken spring so we couldn't move on anywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful sorting a site for us do we didn't have to move while we waited for repairs. All this while they were dealing with about 50 vans in and out each day. The park is so well positioned being on the lake and walking distance to town. Thanks everyone

this is a very beautiful and well maintained holiday park. felt very lucky my wife picked here for 3 nights stay in a self-contained cabin after visiting the Bungles in last September. because our car window has been smashed few nights ago in town, so we're quite happy receiving safety sms reminder from the park manager.

We had a wonderful grass site beside the lake. Received assistance when asked for a ladder to clear the roof of the van. Easy walk into town, lovely park next to the CP.

Stay here often. It's a beautiful spot. Lovely staff. And the onsite cafe make the best coffee in town.

I recently stayed at Kimberleyland for 4 nights as I was in Kununurra for work. I stayed in a cabin which far exceeded my expectations. The cabin was spacious, with a lounge area, comfortable bed and a lovely verandah to sit out on and relax. The staff at Kimberleyland are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. This isn’t any old caravan park, it’s exceptional with my accomodation being better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s also a cafe onsite that draws all the locals as well as park guests for coffee and breakfast. Great place to stay.

We were lucky enough to get a powered site over looking the lake simply beautiful . A nice lake breeze during the day and drops away at night. Given half a chance we'll be back again soon love it

Loved our 10 day stay! Staff were friendly, everything was clean, but through NO fault of the park staff.... KEEP EVERYTHING LOCKED DAY & NIGHT!

Warm reception staff, nice clean poolside villa which is self-contained. Despite being right next to the pool, it wasn't noisy.
Airport shuttle is convenient and management is personable. Lovely park next door to sit in at sunset

We have a river view site which is spacious and great views. Staff have been pleasant and helpful. The ablutions are clean. There are a few washing machines not working, I can only imagine they are struggling to get parts. There should be 2 dump points but one is out of order. The one that works is clean and low odour 😄.

I want to stay here every time I come to Kununurra. We stayed in a waterfront villa, and the view was perfect. The accommodation was close to perfect. The new management was helpful and nice. The bird life was great to watch, two Jacanas running around less than 20 meters from my balcony. The only downside was the internet reception inside the rooms, neither optus nor telstra had much reception, and there was no WiFi. Calls and text still worked fine. The bathroom was great with the exception of the shower head, water went every direction except where it was meant to :) not as bad as showers in Katherine or roadhouses along the Stuart Hwy though. Unfortunately, any lighting while I was there was in the wrong direction. However, if you managed to get lightning over the lake, the waterfront villas are the perfect place to set up your tripod and camera, so perfect for wet season stays as well as dry.

Beautiful big sites and nice big trees for shade, last time I stayed it was fully booked but still didn't feel busy. Lovely view of the lake and even unpowered sites are great! All amenities are clean and tidy. Walking distance to town centre. Plus there's a cafe on site. Have stayed here multiple times and have nothing to fault.
