What an absolute delight. This authentic Italian restaurant not only has the goods by way of delicious yummy food but the atmosphere of an Italian family gathering. Staff were friendly and very helpful and Frank is a sweet darling. Will definitely be back again 🫶🏼

Excellent restaurant. We were a private function and we had the best time. Food was great, have not had such authentic Italian food in a while. Prices are fair and the quality and quantity of what I had was good.

The food is excellent - genuine Italian cooking. We had 2 pastas and fish with sides of salad and vegetables. The service was 1st rate by a family and friendly staff. Loved it !!!

Hands down the best Gluten Free Risotto I've ever had. Very large portion. They have other gluten-free options(not pasta) available.

Family ran restaurant with homelike meals.Taste of Italy in Glenelg. Fast and efficient service amongst cosy surroundings .My scalopinne funghi was one of the best I have had for a while. The deserts were pretty impressive as well. Well worth a visit.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review last night in the space of two weeks I have had a meal at Capriccio in Glenelg, let me tell you that if you’re looking for a little gem of a restaurant this is it, the steak is out of this world, Damien was our waiter and once again the service was excellent. It’s a rare occasion walking into a restaurant and having a feeling of being treated as if you’re the only table, absolutely wonderful experience. On this occasion I brought a friend of mine that teeters between vegan and meat dishes well his comments about the steak and pumpkin was “amazing”. Definitely going back!!

This place is a hidden gem. One block from the main street and nestled down the road, it doesn't surprise me, why it's so popular!

True, authentic Italian cuisine with large portion sizes! I find it hard to order pasta out due to previous disappointment (I'm a chef) and I thought I'd give it a go! I'm so grateful that I did. The pasta was amazing! Being perfectly cooked and seasoned!

The tiramisu was soaked to perfection, with just the right amount if cream!

Food was delicious. I had the scallopini fungi and my husband had the scallopini mantovano. Both were very well cooked, veal melted in your mouth. The sauces where to die for... definitely a mopping up with some bread.
All staff were friendly.
We will be back as there are more dishes on the menu we want to try.

Traditional Italian Family Restaurant, located in small lane from the main street. It would be good if you can make appoinment in advance, since it is always full. The food are amazing. The price is a bit higher compare to other restaurant close by.
They offer good selection of wine too.

My family and I have enjoyed coming to this restaurant for dinner on special occasions (v-day, birthdays) over the last 3 years as it's family-friendly. Delicious food, nice wine, quiet atmosphere. The staff always remember us and are very courteous.

Cute, old skooll Italian restaurant where staff pay attention and the owner busies himself in the background. Super yummy food, prices good value for Glenelg and are the same as on the square - but you know the food has been prepared with love and care. My dad goes here often - would definitely return and others with us said they would go back. Definitely loved this place. We booked online - super easy.

The service and atmosphere at Capriccio is absolutely perfect. The servers were very helpful and attentive without being pushy or overbearing. Thus had good recommendations and were always ready to make us laugh and feel comfortable.

The food is outstanding and delicious. You could really tell that it was made with care and love. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and we highly recommend it for any special occasion
