A really nice place and the owner was really friendly to us. We booked a table a bit late but still managed to get one.

The foods are mostly for sharing. So, it's good if you come with a big group so you can try more dishes.

We ordered 5 dishes for 8 of us and we were very full after.

We had the Szechuan dumplings for our starter and also had the Szechuan Chicken Rice Bowl and Fried Rice. All of it was amazing food at such good value and speedy service. We were especially blown away by the dumplings🥰

Been going to Fat Dragons for years and it hits the spot every time. I'd say they probably do the best fried ice cream in Perth. My favourite dish there is an off menu item recommended to me by the owner Nick about 6 years ago - beef brisket with crispy egg noodles with a side of their homemade XO sauce.

On our most recent visit, I accidentally ordered the 3 in 1 which came with a bed of egg fried rice topped with chips and covered in curry sauce... I can't wait to order it again.

First time here and im glad I went. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and wonderful. The staff made you feel welcome and it was a beautiful restaurant to visit. Would highly recommend having the sweet and sour pork with beautiful kick of lychee the Fried Rice and the banana fritters with ice cream which was very delicious.

So yum. Looking forward to coming back. There are plenty of choices for everyone. The staff are really accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Ordered take away tonight and it was super yummy and the customer service was awesome. We had the chicken and sweet corn soup, duck spring rolls, sweet and sour pork and the salt and pepper chilli chicken. Looking forwarding to dining there in future and trying some other dishes. The restaurant looked very cosy inside.

Good portion sizes. Food is tasty and served efficiently. Service commendable and friendly. Popular with the locals who seem to want to keep it a secret. Looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing and tasty Chinese food with authentic and unique flavours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and decor are a nice change. I will definitely come back. However the wine my dinner campanion had was very cheap and cask wine tasting.

The food is Sublime Asian.
The Aged Brisket I can, besides stating delicious, was a dish I would describe as French influenced.
The toilets need attention unfortunately.

We loved it. We picked dishes from the top ten list and every one was fantastic. Good value for the size of the portions. Its kind of one of those casual places with the better than average service that you can visit often and know you'll get fed well. Its hard to find places with some heart these days.

Superb Chinese taste meal

Exceptional service by Nick and absolutely delicious food. We had the Shanghai Noodles, Satay Combination, Mongolian Lamb, Sweet and Sour Pork, and steamed rice. Jug of lemonade, BYO 2 bottles of wine, and bill was only $123. Superb for a party of 5 for a pre- Father's Day lunch. My father has cancer and ate more than he had, in days - he said the food was beautiful!!! Thank you Fat Dragon, we will be back.

I love their food! I suggest the tasting plate for starters. And any of their house specials, you're in for a treat. I've been here a few times, im having difficulties exploring other restaurants because of it!
Friendly staff, great selection of food and a real hidden gem.

Popped in for a cheeky takeaway on a Friday arvo. Had a glass of red & chatted to the bubbly staff while waiting. Best hot & sour I‘ve had since forever. The mushroom dish was divine too. Think I’ve found a new favourite

A beautiful experience of both taste and visual, seated amongst the red and black set off a pleasant experience of Nostalgia. The beautiful meals that delighted both my eyes and tastebuds were reasonable at the price asked for such.

I have a strong feeling that this will become one of my favourite Chinese restaurants very quickly in the Northern region of Perth.

I strongly suggest you to come and try!

Excellent! Nothing too spicy but enough spice to bring the flavour out of the dish and the plating was MasterChef quality. 10/10 recommend coming here.

Oh man, that was a great meal. Can’t believe I’d lived in this area for so long and hadn’t been there yet. Go there. It’s really good.

Best chinise food I had in Perth. Really it is as nice as it sounds. Few months before Inhad the opportunity to visit China and taste great food there. Since then I have been trying different restaurants in Perth to compare. Let me clarify that I only like one type of Chinese food, as they cook in Hong Kong and Shangai. It you are fans of this kind of meals Fat Dragon is the place to be.
The place is nice and clean, the staff is really friendly and the food is the best. There is plenty of parking and seats. I strongly recommend it.
