Retro Collect

Visited a small gem in Perth—this retro game shop is a nostalgia haven! Despite its size, the selection is massive. The charming atmosphere adds to the experience—definitely worth a visit for any gaming enthusiast!

I recently visited Retro Collect, a charming shop located in the heart of Astor Arcade in Mount Lawley. I was instantly captivated by the nostalgic atmosphere that they had created for their customers. Every inch of the store was packed with classic gaming systems and accessories from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. The store was well-stocked with a wide selection of retro games and consoles. I was able to find some of my favorite classic titles like Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda. They also had a great selection of 'modern' console systems like the Xbox and PlayStation 2.
The staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different systems and helped me find the perfect game (Donkey Kong Country) for my newly purchased Nintendo Gameboy Colour. Overall, I had a great experience at Retro Collect. It was like stepping back in time and it brought back so many childhood memories. Insane range of games for most consoles from at least 10 years ago. A great place to find obscure games for a good price, and the rare ones aren't too expensive either
