Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Coober Pedy Airport

Molly was very helpful and great to deal with. She was able to set us up with a vehicle, with very short notice after our ute broke down. We were able to continue our trip in no time at all. She certainly helped make a stressful situation more relaxed with her friendly and understanding manner. Never having hired a car before, it could have been a daunting experience, but Molly ensured that it wasn’t. Thanks Molly!

The location isn't manned but I didn't have any real issues - confirmed and paid for the booking by phone/email and was then sent code to collect keys. Car was in good condition.

The staff at Enterprise were amazing. They talk to you and not at you explaining everything. The best company out. Should be given a national award for promptness, courtesy, product knowledge and finally cost.

Was a bit worried about renting in an unmanned remote location, but it was seamless & our customer service rep, Jess, was extremely helpful & a great communicator. Very happy customer!

Quick to arrange everything

The car was not delivered to Coober Pedy airport as agreed so we had to arrange a transfer into town. Not that easy in a town with no taxis and no ubers! Luckily the car had been left at our hotel but was in a filthy state so had to be washed before we could drive it. No one could explain why it wasn't at the airport and why they'd left it where it was. We were just lucky it was at our hotel and not somewhere else. The agent did not respond to my texts or phone calls for assistance as she was "away for the long weekend". I was overcharged for the car having agreed to "upgrade" to a manual Landcruiser (at no additional cost) so that they could provide the automatic car I'd originally booked to someone else. The original quote was $242 and they charged me $371.I did not see anyone from Enterprise at any time and they did not return my calls. I suggest you do not book a car with Enterprise in Coober Pedy. I've been happy with them elsewhere but they have not got their act together at this location. I have asked the agent for a refund of the amount I was overcharged.
