Bute Hotel

The Bute Hotel is a lovely country pub and at 133 years old "she" is still looking good! The new hosts, Donna & David are doing a wonderful job of revamping both the inside & outside, in keeping with it's National Trust listing! Great people and a great Aussie watering hole, nestled in a very friendly little town!

Worth the drive from Queensland .

Fantastic place to go. Nice staff member many opportunities to pick from menu. Calm and quiet in the dining area. Food comes out really quick. Love this place cant wait till I come back there. There food is delicious cant ask for anything better 😋

Quality rural pub, Cold beer, friendly service and beautiful big meals. Beer garden out the side that can cater for functions etc.
Even have a cafe down the back with light meals, snacks and of course coffee. Definalty worth stopping, even with kids, you can grab takeaway lunch and head over to the playground across the road.
Well worth stopping here. Plenty of parking across the road and out front.

Fabulous hotel, helpful, happy, friendly staff, which I think are the owners. Great food, great atmosphere and worth the drive if you don't live nearby. DEFINATELY going back. WOW is all there is to say 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Nifty little rural pub. My only gripe is that they had only two beers on tap, a full-strength and a mid, both the same brewer, and not South Australian. Understandable when you imagine the small volumes they must sell.
Anyway, the guy behind the bar was friendly and pulled good beers. We ordered lunch and my wife's seafood basket was excellent. They gave a good selection of veg instead of salad, as requested, and the seafood, while probably from a caterer's pack, was cooked to perfection, the fish particularly nice. I had the burger and chips and it was as good as you could ask.
And they were open for customers, which is more than the pub in a bigger town further east that we had just gone to.

Please go to the bute hotel it great a great family is running it now people go there have food and drinks.

Went there on a swan thru and a schooner from Adelaide to Fisherman's Bay. My mate Chappy and I doubled the clientele when we strolled in.
