One of the best Parmas I have had. Arrived with 10 minutes until the kitchen closed and was still offered a happy smile, great service and fantastic food.

Well done to all staff. They were friendly, welcoming and professional.

The place is very vintage but well maintained. You get what you pay for. The bathrooms are shared but nice and clean - in a way you get your own shower cabin, just across the corridor. I.e. you are NOT showering with other people around. The location is really good too. If you don't mind leaving your room to go to the bathroom I think you'll truly enjoy the vintage atmosphere.

What a beautiful pub to drop in for a drink 🍹🍻 or meal in the evening. Discovered on my evening walk through and around city centre. 😄 Gorgeous exterior and interior design - well done to whoever created the interior space. You can sit at table, bar tables, lounge and play pool 🎱. Loved the atmosphere.

Rooms are clean and modern. Fabulous, kind staff. You are well looked after. Prime position and close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

The most delightful evening thanks to wonderful service - thankyou Molly and team for your hospitality and kindness as we dined with Miss P 20 months. It was a secondary that the food (wood fired pizza, special lamb rack and beef cheek… oh and the apple and cinnamon crumble) was perfection! Beautiful venue, delicious food and warm human service! 5 stars!

Has a real nostalgic feel and decor the match. Service is great, music was on the Sunday I was there and it was an impressive live show. No shortage of character or good food. This is a must visit 😁

Didn't stay overnight but ate there a couple of times. Best hotel in Warrnambool, food, service, staff all five star. Nice environment, quite a large bar/meals area with a couple of nice couches and for smokers a pretty decent smoking area with a tv and heating and decent tables. Tried the other pubs and kept coming back to this one. Had what looked to be a nice restaurant area but as I was on my own the bar was fine. Busy, with couples/families but always managed to find a spot. Try the chicken almandine, bloody amazing and they have Guinness on tap.

The staff are some of the best I have ever experienced, and watching them from our table interact with every customer was simply first rate.

The menu has a good choice to appeal to everyone, I ordered scotch fillet with vegetables and mushroom gravy, wow thick cut steak cooked to perfection the vegetables were perfect.

My wife ordered calamari and chips half serve, it was amazing tender and seasoned well with an accompanying aioli.

What was highly commendable was that we got there half hour before service ended, always a good test of a kitchen as to the quality of the food coming out.

The service and attention from the staff was absolutely second to none. We stayed in a room upstairs, and wow, so gorgeous! Such character and history. The spaces overall of the venue were wonderfully welcoming: bar, restaurant, booths, beer garden, and the location of the hotel in town was central.

Wow ! Amazing staff, friendly, professional and attentive. They had a great selection of specials on for the evening. I had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection with a pea purée and potato. Hubby had the salt and pepper squid which was excellent so tender and flavoursome. The whole table enjoyed their meals. Can’t wait to come back ! Great work !

Newly renovated, clean and spacious rooms. Bathrooms brilliant white and sparkling. Historical pub with bar. I didn’t get to eat as too busy viewing twelve apostles. Thank you Michael for being accommodating to a very late phone call for accommodation. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Cozy room in the heart of the city. The beer garden has a lovely special menu everyday. I highly recommend trying a special menu when visiting. Reasonably cheap price for the service quality

This is a favourite with the locals. Great vibe. Regular live music. Menu is fresh and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Main bar has heaps of seating and there's a large heated patio for smokers.

Went there on a recommendation and was glad I did. Friendly staff, excellent food (most places don’t remove the inner membrane from squid, the chefs here know their stuff) including an awesome Sri Lankan curry, and a great atmosphere. Will definitely return next time I’m in Warrnambool.

Hands down my favourite pub. Cozy, comfortable and friendly. Feels like a big hug on a cold winters day. There’s music from 3pm on a Sunday arvo where you’ll find locals of all ages enjoying a quiet drink.
