Very pleased with the service and professionalism of all the plumbers from Dobbies. For bigger jobs like replacing a toilet and vanity or little jobs like leaking or replacing taps, I'd certainly recommend them.

Called Dobbies Plumbing at 9.50am with an emergency about our toilets not clearing and almost overflowing. Two plumbers were at our place by 10.20am and identified the problem by digging up a patch of lawn. One of the plumbers then said that it was an SA Water problem and told me they had already contacted them. The same plumber said if I sign a form he had already filled out for me I would not have to pay a single cent. Great service, very prompt and did not rip me off.

I spent the morning calling several major plumbing companies being fobbed off call after call with service call out fees simply to come out and quote a basic Fridge line tap install.

After some time I went to Hipages and posted an ad. A few more jokers tried to quote outrageous prices.
Nathaniel from Dobbies offered to come out and quote the job.
While he was out I discussed pricing for a toilet install in addition to the fridge line and agreed on a price.

I could not be happier with the quality of customer service and craftsmanship. The team did exactly as quoted and were polite and courteous. They went above and beyond and even assisted with hooking the water up on the fridge side when they noticed it wasn't functioning 100% as expected.

Dobbies will be my #1 call for any future plumbing work.

Could not have asked for better service. Asked for review of an issue with gas hot water system, due to age of system and the issue only solution a new system. All occurred swiftly and installed within a couple hours. A great team of professional polite tradies. I would and will be recommending them.

Heat pump hot water died week before Xmas! On no, this is going to hurt. After reading so many adverts Dobbies caught my eye. Nat was brilliant, he had one of his crew check out what was required that morning. He called later and explained the options on a replacement system. Also explaining the current rebates available. That was amazing.

Contacted these guys after seeing their vans in the area and we were impressed from the start. Nathaniel was very responsive, professional and friendly. Came up with a solution to our problem and kept us informed all through the process. The guys definitely went above and beyond and left the area looking better than it had before they completed the work. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I posted a job request through Hipages for a leaking toilet repair and was contacted immediately by Nathaniel. I explained the job was for my elderly mother but it wasn't extremely urgent as we had turned the tap off to cut the water supply and she did have a 2nd toilet. So he gave me a time for the following morning to call in. He was punctual, courteous and friendly. The repair was completed without issue, my mother also asked him to look at another issue with her 2nd toilet, which he also repaired on the spot. The whole job was completed in 90 minutes. Very happy with the outcome. Would recommend
