I attended a Dr appointment yesterday & was extremely impressed with the receptionist at this newly renovated practice. I found Teresa to be Personable, helpful and knowledgeable.

Best doctor in Dr Greg Saville here. Extremely thorough, kind and understanding ( plus humour). And he listens to me. Do yourself a favour and see him. You won’t be disappointed. Susie

We recently (as a family of three), had the privilege of receiving medical care from Dr. Manju, and we cannot express our gratitude and admiration enough. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we felt like we were in the hands of a true professional who genuinely cares about their patients.

Clinic is under new management and has lots of good doctors. They also have great receptionists

First class! First, a receptionist solved my long-standing problem with Medicare, without me wanting to bother him. Then a charming doctor attended to me with a sensible examination and then competent and helpful advice. I was delighted.

This place was awesome, they also have free parking at the back. I got 5 free COVID testing kit for free on the table at waiting area although they due to expire next month, it was still free and amazing. Be I hear from August 2022 they are under new management hence I believe 5 stars from here on should be the norm.

The last standing bulk billed clinic in the area with amazing reception staff and a great GP. They do have a free parking in the back for patients and also a decent waiting area with couple of toys to keep the young ones engaged.

Dr Ansar was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! He had excellent manner and I felt listened to and respected as a patient. Highly recommend!

I visited here for Iron infusion. But the amount of care and service I have received is superb. Dr. is very informative and nurse Ming is too good and responsible. Receptionist is very lovely too. I was clearly explained all the things and I was looked after really well. I highly recommend this clinic. Highly recommend. Thanks a lot team. I highly appreciate each one of you. ☺

BMC seems to have a new team of doctors. I wasn't too happy with the previous doctor, but I am very happy with Dr Manju. He was attentive and professional. The reception/nursing staff was also very helpful.

Very impressive service from the reception staff to the doctor. Parking was easy and by late afternoon they were running appointments on time!

Doctor was very knowledgeable about nutrition which was pleasantly new and he took his time to gather as much information as possible about general health , not only my symptoms, new era doctor 👍👍

Front desk staff and Dr Zhao are very friendly. I came in as a new patient on Sat, they fit me into their schedule because of my emergency. Dr. Zhao tried her best to help me out and referred me to ED straight away when she realised she couldn’t remove the broken contact in my eye...🥲thanks for her referral to an eye specialist hospital, the broken contact finally came out🤣🤣🤣thanks for fitting me into your tight schedule! Appreciate a lot!

I've just moved to a suburb nearby and needed to find a doctor. I'm so glad I chose BMC. Everyone was so wonderful from the kind receptionist (good to see a young man at the desk) and the doctor. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
