Rob and Jenna have the best customer service you could ask for. Clear communication via email before our trip and then Rob said any problems while in the water just ring him, and he would come out in his tinny to help.
Happy Days is a great boat, 2nd time we have been in it with different people. Amazing scenery upstream, nature at its best. Def recommend taking a tinny or canoes to have the whole experience.
July 2022 the river is flowing fast, would recommend experienced drivers as it is easy to come un stuck.
Would totally recommend using River Murray Houseboats for an unforgettable experience.

Paringa is undeniably one of the most beautiful parts of the river to explore, and River Murray House Boats made it all the more special for us. They provided us with everything we needed to truly savor our time on the River Murray.

Fantastic short 3-night break away on Tequila Sunrise, beautiful boat offering all we needed. Rob, Jenna and Matt were all excellent throughout booking our holiday, explaining the workings of the boat plus tips on where to stop. Seamless arrival and departure, with nothing too much trouble. We have just had a weeks holiday on Happy Days and it was fantastic, the boat is really well set up, we had a full crew of 12 ( kids + adults) and it was perfect. Thanks Rob ,Jenna and staff, would recommend it !

We had a great week on our houseboat. There were a few initial niggles but Rob fixed them immediately without any question. We also had an issue that we caused and Rob could not have been nicer fixing it. His main concern was that we had an enjoyable trip.

Rob is a lovely guy and makes sure you will have a great trip. Our boat was very nice indeed.
