Loved it. Fantastic day for 4 of us using e-bikes. First time using them- amazing! Really helps you go a long distance on the Riesling Trail.
A great business run by a great family. Very friendly and helpful. I love supporting local and family businesses.
They have an April special of $50/bike for all day hire. So a huge saving when hiring 4 e-bikes.

Couldn't be happier. We just turned up and were given some quality e-bikes and some spot on tips on which vineyards to visit (as we only had 2 hours) and we had an absolutely amazing day. Excellent bikes and service from John at the Clare town centre depot. The Riesling Trail is the best way to explore Clare Valley; well maintained, no steep hills, historical landmarks, easy access to wineries and beautiful scenery. This is a world class tourism attraction.

Good e-bikes at a reasonable price. Located right next to the Reisling trail so very easy to access. Great recommendations from the owner who was lovely and flexible with our check-in time. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the scenic Clare valley!!!

Had a great day on the Riesling Trail on a couple of vintage bikes, thanks to Mick. Great little business, easy to organise and gave some handy local knowledge/tips before we headed off.
All up, 52kms, several wineries and a couple of cafes on these little beauties!

Cycling through the reisling trail is a must try experience when in clare valley! The bikes we got were really good and Peter from CVCH was very accommodating and friendly!

Mick and Chris hired us an ebike and did a good price on dropping us down to Riverton so we could do both the Riesling and rattler trails without having to do the “car shuffle” after.

Rented e-bikes and they were great. Very easy online booking service and helpful information when we picked up. Good explanation of how to use the bikes and where to go on the map. We didn't pick up till 10am and wished we started earlier to enjoy more of the day!

Good quality bikes for a sharp price. De trail you can bike is amazing, fantastic environment. The owners are extremely friendly and help way more than you can expect. Would recommend!

This was our first experience of eBikes. The service and assistance we got from this company was excellent, and the experience of riding along The Riesling Trail (on a quiet Friday) was fab. We would definitely recommend it.
(Slight caveat: I wasn’t prepared for the situation when a brown snake slithered onto the trail in front of me………)

Having not ridden a bike for a number of years (and being in our 60s) we were a bit apprehensive about hiring bikes to ride the Riesling Trail BUT what a great experience and fun it was! The e-bikes are so easy to ride and the friendly and informative staff at Clare Valley Cycle Hire gave us advice on the best gears to use and where along the trail as well as tips on places to stop for lunch and afternoon tea. It was great fun and we will definitely be returning to enjoy the experience again. Thank you!!

Mick and Lizzy where fantastic, gave us a heap of local knowledge and pointers for our day out. The E bikes are a must, so easy to get around. We covered close to 50kms for the whole day and didn't break a sweat. Great people, great product, great experience! Will be back!

We had a great experience last weekend 👏🏼 Mick and team were super friendly with loads of local knowledge. We booked for a group so received a complementary bottle of wine. Communication was easy and the price of the hire was excellent. We had a problem with one of our bikes (the chain snapped!) half way through the day and the guys drove out to switch the bike over no problem ☺ Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again!!

Mick and the team were fabulous. I am not that fit and haven’t been on a bike for a while but the e- bike was great. They gave a great explanation of how to use the bikes and it was an easy and comfortable ride throughout the whole day. Rode from Clare to Leasingham with a few diversions to wineries and cafes along the way. The trail is great and this is a wonderful way to see the area. Thanks to the Clare Valley Cycle Hire Team for a unforgettable day!
