Lovely staff, treated my son with special needs with great care

The staff member attending was lovely. Warm and friendly and obviously experienced - as I barely felt the needle going in. I was lucky I picked a quiet time, so was seen immediately. The Covid precautions in place also made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

Christine the phlebotomist is so lovely! I was pregnant and having my 2 hour blood sugar test, Christine found me a heater and cushion, turned on the TV for me and made me feel warm and cozy. She's highly skilled, it never hurts!

Today, I received excellent service, advice and follow-up from St.V’s Pathology Ivanhoe; friendly and caring. Thank you Nurse C!

Great polite staff. Rooms are always spotless. Entrance is by rear car park.

Not impressed. Came with a referral from Melbourne pathology and was told this couldn’t be accepted although on the outside of the clinic it says ‘All referrals accepted’ my gp had crossed off some tests that needed to be done as I had results of those tests from another more recent blood test and just needed an ECG I was told that the ECG results may not come through but she went along and did the test anyway. Unprofessional and did not tell the truth as advertised on the front of their clinic.

Suppose to open at 8.30 and no one here and still waiting at 8.50

The phlebotomist was as cold and unfriendly as a dead fish. They re-open at 2pm even though the hours on the door say they are opened from 9am to 4.30pm.
