Coles Ivanhoe

Fruits and vegies always a lot better here. Customer service yesterday from a young yr. 10 student named Eva was truly exceptional making a simple trip to the grocery a special one. That young lady deserves recognition…..

U find most items like other coles. Good set up and nice place. Got enough parking with other shops around the complex.

Of all the Coles that I have been to this one is the best, I think they get to trial new things in the bakery/deli before other Coles do and so there's usually something interesting to try out. The staff are great and answer any questions I've ever needed to ask.
The "radio station" they play is Coles radio as to be expected but it isn't played too loud that it will annoy people.

A Coles with a particularly good range of gourmet cheeses and has made major improvements in the range of Coeliac and vegetarian products.

I wish the self-checkout area was bigger.
Amazing, 1 year on and they just increased the self checkout area by converting two lanes. So now it is easier to self checkout with a full trolley.

This is my favorite Coles as it has an underground car park and above ground depending on your needs. There are many specialty stores but not too many that it’s too busy. It seems to have better produce than other Coles too. Plus they renovate it often.

It's always a pleasure to shop here when I'm in the area and I can visit a dear friend as well

Ivanhoe Coles is wonderful. They sell everything you need to make a charcuterie board that’s fit for a first or second date with someone you’re sort of into, but aren’t prepared to spend big on Iberian Ham and actual Gouda just yet.

There is plenty of checkouts open most times, and the attitude of the self checkout machines is pretty laid back, and it doesn’t get too flustered if you eat a few grapes when nobody is watching.

There are two types of people in the world; those who place their used shopping trolley to the designated return space, and those who don't. Ultimately this is the mechanism that divides people into either Good or Evil. And it would appear that the shoppers of Ivanhoe are Good, as the car park is simply free of abandoned trolleys. Evil, apparently, shops at Northland. Five stars Ivanhoe Coles.

We travel from Northcote to do our shopping here - the best supermarket in the area.

Love this Coles! I come for the fresh produce and I’m so struck by how friendly and helpful everyone is. Was there yesterday and Claire was so lovely!

Clean, spacious and nice. Fresher produce than the less affluent suburbs. Health food section is lacking in that many products have the same bad ingredients, and generics take up shelves instead of variety and variety of ingredient choice.

Deli staff was amazing, great customer service from the young lad named Sam. He was very productive and had a smile the whole time. Will be returning! Ham was the best I have ever had.

Thank you to the Self Checkout service person tonight at about 6pm at Ivanhoe Coles. I pressed the buttons to take out $100 cash but then walked away without taking the money. I remembered 2 hours later and went back and my hard-earned was safely in a snap-lock at the service counter. My heartfelt thanks to the vigilant and diligent team member. Xoxo

Very nice supermarket having a well displayed green grocery section with flowers, breads, pastries and continental cheeses with quality smallgoods. Overall ailes clearly marked for all items to be found in this large modern family supermarket. Easy to find in small boutique arcade off Livingston St, Ivanhoe. Entrance via Carpark.

Typical cokes environment that you would normally expect but meat is expensive Ivanhoe do your self a favour and go to hildleburg and buy your meat their ....

One of the best Coles I've been to. There is so much in terms of space, options and variety to shop. Staff was super friendly.

Top store. Top customer service. Bought a 30 pack of coke and found one can damaged, contacted store box of coke replaced and could not be more sorry.
