Coobowie Playground

Very large beach front - safe enclosured space for kids to play. Public toilets were clean and accessible. Plenty of parking for cars towing inc big rigs.

Great playground the big slide has been renovated and is now fully operational . Toilets clean . Fenced playground is great . Looking forward to when the playground is fully renovated as the little kids are nit catered for just at the moment . We’ll done Coobowie progress association .

Great little spot near the beach

Great little playground for the little ones right near the beach. Has enough shelter spots, a bbq facility, and toilets.
Car Parking area or street parking, not far to lug all your gear to set up for the day.

Just made it to a three for the fence.
This is a well made and kept playground, the BBQ and toliets I'd a huge plus. Though the toliets isn't as well kept, in fact a door was missing when I went which was amusing.

There is a colour theme and a good slide which goes fairly high up. The swings are good and the park oversees some nice views of the ocean. Including this boat I spotted, wonder whose that is.

The fence is great for dogs and kids! If only it allowed dogs. Dogs are not allowed in this fenced in park, why? I have no idea. For a small town, you'd think they'd allow dogs to roam free in this grassy park perfect for gatherings. But no. No dogs. This ludicrous decision is what almost made me lower this to two. The amenities just managed to keep it above water.
