Melbourne Pathology Hawthorn

Very efficient and friendly. Arrived at 8 to find 3 people before me. Was out by 8.30 very short wait. Nurse was lovely and competent- an easy person to feel relaxed with.

Friendly and efficient. Came in just before 9am. There were 4 ahead of me and one already in the room. Total wait time was no longer than 30 minutes

The woman who took my bloods was excellent, very quick, efficient and friendly.

So kind and professional, I really appreciated the warmth and support.

Blood

Very slow. Left without getting my test. Also didnt seem like the waiting numbers were in correct order so there was confusion.

Terrible experience! I have been sitting here since 9:00 (8:55) and the number is only jump from 7 to 9, number 9 just walked (10:05) in!!! First time in my experience the blood test take so long 30 minutes for one client! It means another hour to my turn No.11! And I have another ultrasound appointment around the corner😓

I rarely left negative review but this morning really stressed me out! Still waiting….

Came here before 8am to get my bloods taken and there’s already 3 people waiting. I’ve read the reviews prior to coming and says about the long wait but didn’t bother as the centre is close to my workplace. True enough, each patient takes 20mins to get their bloods done - way longer than a standard GP appointment.

Very poor service. I came here for the pathology test and I have to wait more than 2 hours just to complete the test. There were only 3 patients ahead of me and the pathologist took more than 2 hours only for 3 patients. The pathologist was exceptionally slow. I really feel very irritated

Terrible experience I had today , I show my documents to reception to I need permission test for travelling and she told me just take number and seat and after 1 hours waiting they told me sorry we can't do that and you need to go another branch . They need to care more pepele and give right information.
