Bingil Bay Campground

Its a really nice spot to go to the beach and take a swim or spend the night on the campground.

Very limited spaces, 7 I think. Be there early for a spot. There is a hot showers and toilets. About a 6 KLM drive north of Mission Beach. Stunning spot. The caretaker is very helpful

Incredible spot!! There are limited spots especially right onto beach!!! Shower and toilet….water … available in small facilities!! Swimming beach….650 meters coffee shop and cafe and 250 metre national park walk!! Hidden gem!!

What a very pretty little beach. Only a small site allowing 8 camps at about $25 each non powered. Toilets, showers and laundry facilities avail.

I stayed here for one night, arrived quite late in the afternoon and the host was very welcoming and helpful, gave me the last available spot. The campground is situated right at the beach which is a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The rating I give is not based on the facilities, which are basic and clean. The location is first rate. Literally at the ocean edge. Friendly campers. You will be lucky to get in though as there are only eight sites.

Spectacular location just a few steps from the beach... literally. 8 sites for tents or small campervans, caravans. The sites are very close together but the sound of the waves masks much of the noise from neighbors. Bathroom is basic... toilets, sink, shower with warm water. Tommy, the host, was very pleasant. Enjoy walking on the beach, collecting shells, and watching the sunrise over the ocean right out your window.

Beautiful area to camp. Do not swim unless you want to feed the Crocodiles!
