I can never thank Luci and the team enough for all the work that went into making my gorgeous dress! From the first appointment in August 2019, with the wedding delayed due to COVID, to collecting the dress in December 2023, I am so glad Luci made the dress that I got to marry my HUSBAND in.

She always listened to me and waved any concerns I had about my appearance away, and made me always feel like the most important bride.The major appeal is that she designs all the dresses, so I got to create the perfection combination for me, of the top of one design and the bottom of another. She really highlighted my figure and made me feel feminine, something I very often shy away from. I will never own something as perfect as the dress she crafted for me. I can’t thank the team enough for all their amazing work, from start to finish.

I can’t thank Luci and her team enough for creating my absolute dream dress! I couldn’t have loved it any more! It fit like a glove, and I felt like a princess. I didn’t want to take the dress off at night's end.

Wow 6 stars! Luci’s personal made to measure service was worth every cent. Since I’ve never purchased couture I had no idea how many measurements were taken of the human body! But the end result was flawless perfection. My dress looked like it had been literally made on me! Her timelessly chic designs are constructed by an equally talented seamstress from Belgium who knows her trade inside out. Luci has hired the best and it shows. I also found her to be extremely accomodating, patient and so lovely to deal with.
For all the brides out there who are thinking about buying a stock standard ‘size x’ and then having it altered, don’t! Luci far exceeded my expectations and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Gorgeous gowns. Obsessive dressmaking to a fault. You won’t find better this side of Milan. Luci and her team (including up and coming young designers like Kaitlin Grace Strong) are an undiscovered gem in Australian fashion. Get unique. Leave the rest behind.

I visited Luci today and had an amazing experience. She has some amazing laces and pays attention to detail where other stores did not. I'm not quite ready to order my dress but will DEFINITELY be going back to Luci Di Bella with my bridesmaids in the next couple of months.

I had a terrible experience at Luci Di Bella. On my initial visit to the store, the saleswoman, was bubbly, helpful and made me feel very special. However, on subsequent visits, I felt rushed and unwelcome.

When I went to get my dress adjusted, I was rushed in and out with the least amount of time spent on hemming the dress as possible. My bridesmaid was reluctantly allowed to take one quick photo, but I was pretty much made to feel like I was taking up too much of their precious time - even though I wasn't even there for very long.

When I looked at the photo later, I noticed one side of the dress gaped quite significantly. I knew this was something that would continue to bother me, so I emailed the store and received a follow-up call from them, who reassured me and invited me to come back into the store for a second fitting. I had to take a long lunch break during a very busy time at work because they would only see me during the week.

I went back in and Luci explained how she would adjust the dress to fix the problem and I left satisifed.

However, when I went back in to collect the dress, the salesstaff again couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Didn't allow me to try the dress on at the store, rushed me out the door and gave me cursory pat on the arm as salesstaff basically forced me onto the street, with my dress in my arms, wondering if it was going to fit me properly when I tried it on at home.

In short, the service here is great while they still want your money and want to sell you something. But once you've signed on the dotted line, don't expect them to care about you.

I felt like because I wasn't getting a made-to-measure bespoke gown, I wasn't worth their time. My dress was still very expensive and the staff at Luci Di Bella should realise that even the customers who aren't buying the most expensive dresses are still spending more on this one dress than they're ever likely to spend on a piece of clothing in their lives.
