I am sure I am not the only person to say that New Vision changed my life and I regret not doing my laser eye surgery earlier.

I have been wearing glasses and contact for 30 years, choosing a clinic and surgeon I trusted was a very big decision. I cannot recommend Dr. Alpins and the team highly enough. From the first appointment and comprehensive checks to support and information provided before and during the procedure their service and care was outstanding. The team have managed my nervousness, accommodating appointment changes and provided calm and assuring post operative advice.

Despite my very high prescription, the results New Vision achieved are perfect and I couldn’t be happier.

I just wanted to say the whole team at New Vision Clinics were excellent , the staff were all really friendly from the moment i walked in.

They answered all of my questions which in turn helped me make an informative decision to put my trust in the Professor to operate on my eyes.

Totally worth it, it's been 1month now since i had the LASIK surgery, i still can't believe I could see the very next day . I must admit I was extremely nervous at the time .

Just to add my eyes haven't been dry at all throughout the whole experience which I heard could be a possibility and had read some people had experienced on social media chats and forums.

I had lasik surgery here to correct my stigmatism. Absolutely amazing results, had the surgery during the evening and by the check up appointment the next morning I had better than 20/20 vision, I’m now 1 year on and I’ve had no issues.

New Vision clinic was amazing at explaining what would be done during my eye surgery and ensured I was comfortable with the procedure. Everyone one I dealt with from reception, nurses, billing and the doctor were very professional and made me feel at ease for the entire process. I would recommend to anyone thinking about getting their eyes done!

I cant explain how good it feels on a warm day and exercising not to have to wipe clean my glasses 50 times, or on a cold day waiting for them to unfog everytime i walk inside. No regrets, worth every cent.

I’d just like to say a very big thank you to Dr Alpins and his team, especially Denise, she helped me all the way through step by step, and was so warm and welcoming. I didn’t even know that laser eye surgery was a possibility for me, but it was and now I can see better than 20/20. Which I am forever grateful for. If you are considering LASIK/PRK, they explain it very well and don't pressure you into anything. Sometimes it's hard to reach clinics who pick up calls straight away too but they always pick up promptly too. Could not recommend this clinic enough!

I found my experience with NewVision Clinics to be excellent. I went in expecting to get both eyes done only to find out I just needed the one, which saved me money.
The risks were explained to me and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff were fantastic to deal with.

I am so happy with my entire experience with NewVision Clinics. From the first contact with them, I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect, that nothing was too difficult for them, and that my eyesight was their top priority. They explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my many questions. I had a complicated script, with high-end myopia and astigmatism. Dr Alpins has given me better than 20-20 vision unaided, even better than what I ever had with glasses or contact lenses. Dr Alpins even saw me on Christmas Day just to make sure that he was happy that things were going to plan. I am so glad that I went to NewVision and would highly recommend this Clinic without hesitation.

My prescription was roughly +2.5 with a -3.0cyl (astigmatism) in both eyes (20/40 vision) and after I turned 40 my vision got worse and it was driving me nuts trying to read. I did a lot of research and was very apprehensive about LASIK as there were heaps of stories about short-sighted experiences, but hardly anything from people who were long-sighted with an astigmatism.

I found Dr. Alpins when while researching and he was perfect given he’s developed a new method to correct long-sighted astigmatisms with a higher rate of a satisfaction with post-op vision. He made me feel comfortable and told me about the countless people who he’s corrected with a similar prescription to myself. He even remembered specific outcomes of most of his patients. He spent heaps of time with me helping me understand why his method was so successful.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. 20/20 vision, no glasses, not even for reading, and that was measured by an independent optometrist 1-year post surgery. If you are thinking about LASIK, I think its worth having a chat with Noel at New Vision Clinics.

I was here recently for my consultation and PRK. First of all let me tell you, the team of doctors are very professional in what they do. From day 1 until now which is day 6. I felt like I was in safe hands. Every follow up, check up and post op was handled professionally. After the surgery they do check up continuous for a few days for your safety that gives you a peace of mind. They also do payment plans for those who don’t have all the cash which helped a lot. Would recommend 5/5. I cannot recommend New Vision Clinics Enough! I have worn glasses / contact lenses for 30 years and never in my life have I had 20/20 vision. My right eye was around -3.75 and my right eye was around -7 plus I had a very strong astigmatism! I was so happy when I was told I was eligible for LASIK!

I had laser eye surgery 4 days ago and for the first time in my life I now have 20/20 vision! I cannot express how thankful I am to Dr Alpins and his team for making this happen! The results were instant and you couldn’t wipe the smile from my face.

These guys are amazing, they are terrific at there job they definitely know what there doing and explain everything along the way to make sure you are well informed about what is going to happen and most importantly all the staff are really nice and caring and make the whole process really easy. On Top Of The service you receive you also regain your vision again free yourself from having to wear glasses or contacts every day it is definitely the best money I have to ever spent in my life , could not rate these guys highly enough 👍

The whole team but in particular Dr Alpins, were incredible. It’s been nearly two years since I had my PRK surgery and life is so much better! It’s the small things that make all the difference, and the NV team were so lovely and made me feel so calm and safe. Dr Alpins’ bedside manner is impeccable. I wish I’d done it years earlier!
