such an pleasant experience visiting aesop in fitzroy! staff were extremely attentive and were super helpful in finding me what i was after. the young man who served me was super friendly and made the experience easy and calming. perfect place to buy gifts, will definitely be returning!

Really good customer service. My perfume was sold to me by the most interesting salesperson I’ve ever met and they were really nice. They explained every product and I felt welcomed, thanks for the nice afternoon experience.

I just got off the phone with Nick and he was one of the most helpful and kind members of staff I have ever come across in my shopping experience. He helped me with sorting a product exchange in the most polite manner. Honestly fantastic service!!
