Awesome friendly service! Reasonable prices, great flavour and plenty options. For $15.50 we got a large Orange Obsession and Pineapple Buzz with mango popping bubbles, great value considering the large Orange Obsession was HUGE (looked like nearly a litre of beverage!) We took a loyalty card because we're DEFINITELY coming back again. So happy to find this gem, my new go to bubble tea place 😍🤩😍🤩😍

My favourite bubble tea place, they actually use real fruits and not artificial flavouring like other places. The dragonfruit (dragon smash) variety is amazing

One of the best tea stores in Melbourne, personally I like the menu a lot more than others as its unique and you can try new things that are absolutely packed with flavour, 10/10 reccomend 😎☝🏼

Delicious drinks to choose from depending on your mood and they do such a fast and amazing job!

My favourites would have to be the taro mousse milk tea, taro milk tea with taro balls, and their cheese foam drink options on top of the fruity flavours. Their black sticky rice yogurt teas lacked a bit of that signature flavour and tasted more icy than creamy. It was not too sweet which I liked. All their drinks don’t taste artificial and have the perfect amount of sweetness.

Staff are super friendly and can easily cater to their customers. Drinks are on the pricy end but you pay for the quality and ingredients. and sweetness. Ask for the soy milk option as a note as it’s not mentioned on the delivery apps or menu.

ordered over doordash. for some reason the herbal jelly and pudding in my milk tea was hard???? I couldn't slurp it through the straw.

Ordered a large 'dirtea', they gave us a large lychee, we said no sorry we ordered a large dirtea, they gave us a small dirtea loaded with ice even though we asked for minimum ice. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to wait around any longer but now that I've got the time heres your 2 star review.

I ordered a large dirtea, so basically brown sugar pearl and milk. They gave me no pearl, only the brown sugar?? I didn’t find out until i got home and start mixing my drink up. So I paid $8.50 for a cup of milk. This is the worst

Rude staff!!!!! I am in love with teaser and come twice a week to enjoy my drink. However, yesterday my sister ordered a hot jasmine milktea, they usually served it in a paper cup. But yesterday they put it in a plastic one, so my sister just asked “Is this one a hot jasmine milktea?”. Then she replied “yes it is, do you want to burn your tongue or what?”. Terrible customer service and it is unlikely we will come back.

they don't bother explaining your question on the product received. They discussed loudly in their language and turned to me "it is it what you ask for"

Very bad experience.. I ask for my recipe they gave the wrong recipe. When asked to give me the recipe for what I paying for the price didn't match .when asked her why ..they got upset and gave me back my money and refused to make the drink for my kids. They couldn't speak the language and I was trying to be as nice as possible but they refused even understand what i was telling them.. Very rude 😒 very poor customer service..

I went to order The Lot with pearls and mousse, still early but they said no more pearls. So disappointed!!!
