Coles Keilor Downs

10 minutes to Go for closing. Was rushing towards entrance. Greeted with warmth by Shanthi Customer Care and was very helpful in my shopping list to guide which Aisle and what location and I could finish all my shopping in just 5 minutes and again on cash counter Emilly was so prompt in finalising and still I had 4 minutes and hence could pick up their names to write this review of Excellent service both by Shanthi and Emilly. They add huge value additions to Coles brand and this is intangible asset worth millions. Coles should recognise front end service team like Shanthi and Emilly. Wondering how difficult it would be to handle different Customers and still remain as fresh as they started their duty when it is almost 2200 hours to close. Great. Hats off to such teams.

Just got usual coles. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful when you can't find a item.

Massive store. Big deli. Very large fruit and vegetable, and chilled meats areas. Well stocked and diverse international area. The large self serve checkouts are great too.

I have been doing 85/90% of our shopping at Coles for over 40 years when they had their own Farmland brand. I have never had to return anything, staff have been helpful and friendly. Unless something drastic happens, I won't change. Though I must admit, I almost gave them away when Fletcher was running the company down.

His nickname was Peter but he was an amazing cashier and great help. Thanks Peter for making the shopping experience better

I experienced the best customer service the other day at Coles Keilor Downs by a girl named Natasha. She was fast-paced, extremely friendly and catered to my every need. I have been a regular customer at this store for a few years now and whenever Natasha is working, she is my server of choice. Keep up the good work!

Coles is Coles, but I shop here almost daily, and the staff are terrific. I see the same faces now that were there 4 years ago.

Staff are friendly and helpful, shop is clean, if the register says it's closure but the are heaps of customers they will stay open. They are open late every night

This Coles is a fairly large place with an extensive selection of groceries.

From fresh bread, deli, fruit and the usual stuff.

Coles in Keilor Downs just started stocking my favourite meals - CORE Powerfoods 🎉🎉🎉

All items are fresh and staffs working here are very helpful. Better than Woolies.

Sometimes the check outs are very busy but overall staff are friendly and helpful

Yesterday was awesome service. Service at the dely even though very busy was still friendly greeted everyone with a smile eye contact 10/10 👏.Then at register I was served by a trained (Josh) sorry forgot name of trainer Excellent service by both 👏👏👍
