We've been shopping here for just over 3 months and love it, the fruits and vegetables are great and fresh, the butcher within is incredible too! Great service from staff and an excellent amount of variety. Thank you very much!

Decent fruit and vegetable shop with very reasonable prices (still cheaper than Coles, Woolworths and Aldi).

Prices are great however need more variety

Terrible customer service!
Staff are rude. They laugh at customer complaints at the register and talk about customers negatively to their colleagues in front of them and other customers.
Quantity of produce has also seriously declined since taking over from Big Fields.
Don’t bother shopping here!

Was there 13/2 just before 9am(management check camera if you are interest in your store activities. Lose cherries $14.95kg and 2kg box for $35. 2 brands, golden box and red box. There were about 5 boxes of each brand there but all has MOULDS on the cherries. I asked if they have better quality inside. Muhamed (manager) came out and asked the lady to wheel the whole trolley in. Muhamed came back with a red box which I don't want the brand. I told him I don't like that brand and he said that was the only box left, which i am not convinced. At first he told me those boxes with MOULDS in it will be bin and later he changed his word by saying they will get rid off the mouldy ones and sell it as the lose one which is $14.95. I asked if i could select the cherries from the mouldy box and he said NO ABRUPTLY, I asked him why, he said if you are buying from the box it will be $35. I said" it doesn't make sense because they will throw away the mouldy ones and resell it so why can't I chose from the box?. 2 Customers nearby heard him. A man said why don't you let the girl chose from the box and the other lady actually SWORE at him. I called up to voice this matter to management (deer park and forrest hill) but haven't heard back or may be too busy to care (well see the footage yourself). Many staff are from different background, with little English which I understand, basic greeting such as good morning is very standard customer service but you don't get it from this store.

I bought several items. After going out of the shop I had a look at the receipt and saw that for 'Crushed tomato' ($5) the cashier (OP3) charged for 'Val Verde Passata Sauce ($12). When I returned back (about 2 mins later), I couldn't even finish telling that it was charged for wrong item, she told that (even not looking at the item properly) because of being too busy she charged for the wrong item. Then she returned $7, whitout saying sorry even for a single time.
During checkout while the item was on her hand she couldn't not identify what it was, but during return, even she didn't ask for it to have a look she returned the excess.
It seems to me that she did it knowingly.

I'd suggest always check the receipt if you buy multiple items.

Useless staff that don't care, very poor quality products that are always over priced. They give you a discount card but there's only ever discounts on the old mouldy stock. Apples taste like soap, stone fruits are always sour, the watermelon is the biggest rip off at $4.50 per kg when you can but it for $0.99c at other stores. Ripping of the local customers because all they have is coles to compete with and they rip you off just as much.

Price fixing between the 2 stores and it needs to stop.

People need to just stop buying from them.

Purchased a product from this store that had mould on it returned item with the receipt was denied a refund or replacement, manager accused us of lies on a $3 item.
Will never shop here again, recommend no one else does either.
Show them customers have rights too

We bought a coconut and it was sour and it was all full of white mold.
The shop then said no refunds after purchase.

The staff the in meat shop are worst. They have zero customer service level.

Good variety of veggies but very poor customer service, especially boys working in the store.

The quality and freshness of the fruit and vegetables is terrible.
