KFC Springvale

Customer service from this kfc is always the best, the boy in the drive through gave excellent customer service and the chicken and chips here are fresh and delicious, with little to no wait time. Will definitely be coming back!

Ordered through menulog, although I had to call the restaurant about my order, this guy Nikith answered the phone and gave me incredible customer service, noteworthy enough to leave a google review, so thanks Nikith for being a legend!

Great service! Server helped me out with all changes to standard items, happy to go above and beyond. Will be back!

I ordered a zinger burger combo and a kid’s combo for my daughter. The service was good and we both loved the food and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic location, always have had good service and a pleasant experience both in store and in the drive through. I've had issues at other KFCs before messing up my order or being very slow but Springvale I've never had any issue with. Once I dropped a burger box because the bag tore and the staff replaced the meal for me at no additional cost 10/10

There was a bit of a wait but i didn't mind as everything was hot and fresh! Best to go early, you will get great food.

Can’t complain but most of the time they mix up the order, or missing food item.

Best place for a late night KFC hit. Love that it's open late into the night. Sometimes drive thru can be packed but well worth the wait.

Chicken is always hot & fresh at Springvale kfc.
It's always busy so food is guaranteed to turnover fast & not sitting in the warmer.

Quick prompt polite service, plenty of bottles of hand sanitizer handy. And the food was Spot on.

On 22nd April 2022 I received excellent customer service from Angelica - Assistant manager from KFC - Springvale. She went out of her way when I ordered the cheap as chips offer. The chips and nuggets were fresh and chicken tasted delicious. My friend Tim and I were impressed with her friendly, warm and caring attitude and she was under pressure because it was busy, but she did this effortlessly.

going through the drive through I was greeted by a large young man, who cam across as a threatening person, though upon receiving my food he gave me comfort through his entangling use of kind words, being very respectful. Smash.

I have to give my stuffed up order 5-Stars!

When i got home I looked in the bag and omg!

I ordered 3 wicked wings. There were 9 in there! All drummetes as well!

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken. 1 breast and 3 thighs. Non of this broken off tiny wing counting as a piece! Actually proper pieces of chicken.

And lastly I ordered 6 chicken tenders and there were also 9 in the box.

A bit annoyed they forgot my super charged sauce, but I really cannot complain about this beautiful stuff up.

Will be back! Cheers to the guy who I saw packing it!

Amazing service tonight (around 12) ranging from the male crew taking orders in drive through straight to him cashing our car.. as we proceeded to the next window there was a dark skin girl that was very friendly and approachable and would fix anything asked as I had asked to swap out my drink for a different drink.. the food was fresh very satisfied👍
