Supercheap Auto Sandown

Had some trouble replacing a car battery that was under warranty at the Glen Waverley store so I tried the Sandown store and Jesse the shift supervisor there was happy to help me out. He could definitely teach a few things to the Glen Waverley staff when it comes to customer service. Great bloke and will be shopping at this store from now on.

I'd like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by their staff today. When I was searching for a wiper blade for my car, the service personnel gave me a thorough explanation and even guided me to its location. Just a minute later, he returned and inquired about my car model. It was then that he pointed out that the blades were not the same size. Thanks to their attention to detail, I ended up purchasing a 20-inch and a 22-inch blade that perfectly fit my car. I'm truly grateful for their assistance. Cheers!

Today had good experience with Justin from Supercheap at Springvale.l rang him on the phone told him needed Dashmat for Toyota Corolla.Well mannered good customer service.ln how we spoke and looking up Dashmat needed.Very professional. As l worked in Autoparts in the past was so happy how Justin had helped me.And had it ready for me.Justin nice young kid he will go along way.Thanks for today.

I went here today to replace a headlight. I got my battery tested & got it replaced too. The staff member was really knowledgeable & efficient. He was a young man who was also surprisingly diplomatic, great social skills & customer service. I’ve been to this store once or twice before and equally impressed by their staff. Supercheap is doing something right to hire & train such quality staff. I’m so impressed I want to send my son here to work when is old enough :)

I visited Super Cheap Auto at the Springvale Store today 3/09/2003, to replace a faulty viper blade and new viper rubber for the other , i was helped by a salesman named "Blake" , this young gentleman personally went out his way to help me to replace both viper blades , as i was unable to do it myself, he went that extra mile to help me, the customer, he was very respectful as I'm a elderly person, i will recommend this store for their excellent service. " Blake" is the perfect example of excellent customer service.

Brian was super efficient and knowledgeable and helped changed my wiper blades in just a few minutes. He also recommended products which I needed for my glass. Wonderful service and great attitude on a busy day.. I was in and out in about 10 minutes..👍🏽

All I was told was to buy a 2 wat coaxial 300w speaker from my installation guy, so I asked the assistant Weldon if he could help me and he was knowledgeable and friendly in helping me choose the correct ones, amazing price, amazing product and excellent service, got them installed on the same day and the speakers are great quality audio. Very happy 😁

Friendly, competent and helpful staff. I asked one staff member for a battery and by the time I got to the section another member had the battery in his hand! I also asked for it to be measured and Wendel did this happily
