I am so happy with the service, I bought my Nike runners yesterday and received them today - expressed posted and didn't even have to pay extra for this. Communication was sensational. 😁 Comes down to not believing everything you read. If I had gone by previous reviews, I would never have ordered them from here. Beautiful and attractive store with huge variety of products and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife purchased a pair of Veja sneakers and Gemma was very helpful and engaging. Most importantly, I found the furry lime green sofa very comfortable to sit on and watch the proceedings.

Beautiful space. Good selection of products but not a great variety. Very friendly staff.

Disappointed with one staff member in particular who was really judgmental in her approach. Spoke to the manager as I felt it was something she should be aware of in regards to her employees. The manager was super lovely when I spoke to her about the situation.

Purchased a style runner branded jacket less than a month ago (18 July) and returned to the store to discuss the quality of the jacket which is shedding and bawling under the arms and around the jacket cuff after perhaps 6 or 8 wears. I was told that it was an acceptable amount of wear and tear and that basically I had caused the damage. I explained that I have many jackets that have been worn for several seasons that don’t look like this. They did not care and said they felt it was acceptable wear and tear after such a short time ( less than 4 weeks). Please be aware before you buy from them that style runner is not quality merchandise and that they do not stand by their products if there is a problem. It’s a shame, my daughter and I liked shopping here but unfortunately we will never shop here again. I have posted two pics of jacket here for your reference.

Update: the coat was not returned/credited/exchanged and the issue remained unresolved.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. First my shoes got lost in the mail, I asked them to redirected because I moved house or to be returned the sender. They said they’d take care of this but instead sent them to my old address. The shoes are nowhere to be found and all style runner will offer me 20% off to rebuy a pair of shoes I’ve already paid for but no received! Ridiculous!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The outside of a shoe box was damaged by Australia post in transit so they refused to refund or credit the shoes. The shoes were not damaged in transit. Not only did they refuse to help. They wrote “this return is being closed off. Have a fantastic day!” Update- I emailed the other day with that number and 3 days has passed now and haven’t even had a reply

Honestly the customer service here is just appalling. Do your job ads state “employees must not smile, must not be approachable and must not help under any circumstances”? Walk in and entitled staff members do not greet nor assist in anyway. Walked out after 10 mins of staff chatting behind desk and purchased my $550 worth of asic Kayanos online with another business. Shame on you style runner, you clearly ignore all the reviews stating your staff should do better.
