I can't say enough thanks in my words to Dr.Satinder, Dr.Singh,
Dr Narinder.I have had good experiences, especially with Dr Satinder. She is like a lifesaver to me all the time. She is always very professional and up-to-date with all parts of the care.I cant recommend enough Suman her service at reception is above the expectation,she is so good in accommodating the appointments,always kind and calm, understands the patient's condition.Thank you guys.

Dr Singh is by far the best dr I have had in a long long time. I have followed him to every clinic he has been to. He genuinely cares about my family and our health and it is so lovely to feel like you are just heard. Highly recommend seeing him

Dr Awaldeep Singh is literally the best GP I have ever been fortunate enough to be treated by.

Dr Singh is an awesome doctor. Sunbury was crazy to let him go. He is very kind and knowledgeable and takes his time. I can recommend him to anyone that wants a holistic approach as well as conventional.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and just down right awesome man.
Ladies at reception always have been friendly and helpful, even under some trying conditions with the Covid rules.

From the moment I walked into his consultation room, I have felt nothing but supported. Dr. Nizam Shah is so knowledgeable and explains things in terminology I can understand.

Dr Singh is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is very kind and caring. Im happy to drive to Craigieburn. The clinic doesnt look like much but its the Doctors and staff that count and make it a good place

This clinic has best doctors in the area along with worst reception staff.

All of the Reception staff have no clue and are very rude to the people. They are asking people to put on the masks while their own masks are always off their noses.

Frontline staff are the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude individuals. They are completely incompetent at their job and I am unsure if any of them have basic medical admin knowledge. They resort to blaming the patients and telling you to go to a different GP clinic when you raise any concerns with them. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

I only go to this clinic because of Dr Satinder Kaur other than that I wouldn’t the lady at the front desk Leena extremely rude and unprofessional shes doesn’t have any sort of customer service skills nearby. This is the not just first time happened. Please fix your customer service skills or else find the job which is more suitable for your attitude. In customer service jobs, you talk to people by giving them the respect not by racing your voice or yelling at them.

The front staff is extremely rude and straight out calls people dumb. I was talking to the lady at the front but the other lady at the back had to jump in the conversation and me rude about it. Face masks are recommended in Victoria and not mandatory and this clinic is charging its own patients $1 for a mask. What a great way to make money.
